Chapter 20: Escape and Fight

After the successfully luring and hunting the first round of monsters, the team continued to use the same tactics 2 more times and killed a total of 7 long tusked boars. Including the earlier three, there are a total of 10 boars.

Every member of the team was very happy.

After all, you can't have such a good hunt everyday.

Normally, such a big group of monsters never roam in the outer fringes and hunting them in the inner region of the wilderness is very troublesome.

Allen looked back by slightly turning his head to see that they were being chased by 6 big boars and the rest of the boars are nowhere to be seen.

But, the 6 Long tusked boars are larger and faster than the previous prey. The leading monster should be the leader of the boars.

Even though he can't exactly estimate the power of the leader, he could perceive that the other 5 monsters should be stronger than their previous prey and should be Level 1 High grade monsters comparable to Organ refining martial artists.

As for the leader, he can't estimate it, but is should be stronger than the other 5 monsters and should be a Level 1 top grade monster.

He didn't know if the captain is a match for it.

If even Allen could notice that, how could Bennett fail to notice that.

They crossed the 50m in around 3 seconds and just as they crossed the distance, the flashbang exploded in the face of the monsters who lost their sight momentarily and reduced their speed.

Using this chance, soon after entering the area with the smoke, everyone separated and moved in different directions except Bennett and Albert.

After 5 seconds when the monsters regained their sight, they could see that all the humans are separated.

The leader immediately decided to follow the 2 person team with another boar and ordered the other boars to go after each member of the team.

Bennett knew that monsters with their basic intellect, would choose to go after prey with larger number and this also the reason why he asked everyone to separate and he went together with Albert.

If the others teamed up in running away wile he tried to lure away the leader boar, there is a high change that the would go after the remaining members of the team rather than them.

Allen chose to move to the left while being followed by one of the boars. After he felt that he had enough distance from the other members of the team, he stopped in front a big tree.

Just as the monster was about to charge into him, he evaded the charge by jumping into the air.

If he had the same strength as yesterday, he would have had a hard time avoiding that, but luckily, he practiced the first round of bone refining in the morning.

After undergoing the first round of bone refining, he understood that his bones and internal organs are limiting his strength a lot. Previously, even though his bones are somewhat refined, the majority of his strength is being limited by them.

After practicing the Bone refining exercise, he noticed another change that made him quite happy.

He could now refine the Void eater bloodline.

Though he wanted to refine it as soon as possible, he could only wait for the hunt to end before he could refine it.

In addition, he could now throw rock fist which boosted his confidence. In addition, in his desperate fight with a group of monsters in his he had a couple of breakthroughs which improved his usage of Muscle coat and balance foot.

After he dodged it's attack, he immediately came behind the monster and hit the left hind leg with rapid fist using all his strength.

When the monster recovered from hitting the tree, it immediately threw its tusks at him again.

He immediately jumped by placing both his hands it back and flexibly evaded its tusks and kneed the boar on its hind legs again.

Just like that, he started kiting the monster. It was quite tough and he even got injured when the boar kicked him using its hind legs.

After landing around 10 hits on a single leg, the monster started slowing down and it was not as flexible as at the start.

Taking advantage of it, Allen completely crippled its hind legs by continuing the same tactic.

After that, the boar just became a static target and it didn't take much effort to kill it by continuously using the rapid fist.

After 10 minutes of continuous hits, The boar finally fell down and Allen heaved a sigh of relief.
