Chapter 234: Visit Ning Shu at the Hospital First

Ling Yichen had the ambulance go to Hongen Hospital.

Ning Shu was immediately taken into the operating room upon arriving at the hospital, where her cousin Luo Ming performed the surgery.

Ling Yichen and Li Cheng waited outside the operating room for four hours before the lights finally went off.

Luo Ming came out first, and Ling Yichen approached him, asking, "Doctor Luo, how is Ning Shu's condition?"

"She had a cut on her head that needed five stitches, nothing too serious," Luo Ming sighed, "Her femurs are shattered. Although we've managed to realign them, it is still uncertain whether the nerves were damaged. Whether she can stand again remains to be seen."

Luo Ming looked at Ling Yichen, "Are you her boyfriend?"

"I am her employer," Ling Yichen explained, "She got hurt trying to save me. I will cover all her medical expenses, as well as the cost of a care worker, and I will compensate her."
