Chapter 28

Wen familiarised the two women with the shop before the time to open it came. Hu Yi dutifully went to the counter to do her job while Wen went to his own counter with Xu Lien standing right beside him.

The two women stayed at their stations while Wen was sitting with his eyes closed and his arms crossed. The two women kept on glancing at him from time to time when there weren't any customers. Wen had himself became a bit more handsome due to the training he had done but people won't know it unless they look at his face closely, which the two did when they were familiarising themselves with the establishment.

And due to him sitting there calmly it gave him an air of importance and his face being visible helped as well as the two women were looking at him as well.

'I can feel their eyes on me but it's not a problem for me. If they want they can look at me.' Wen thought to himself as he stayed in the same pose.

They stayed like that as the women started to use their phones due to people not coming. But Wen opened his eyes after few minutes as he looked towards the door as it opened and the chime sounded alerting the two women who immediately put their phones away.

"Welcome sir, the doctor is currently free right now so if you wish to see him then please do so." Hu Yi said to him with a smile on her face.

The one who walked in is a middle aged man wearing casual clothes who seemes to be in his mid thirties. He gave a short thank you to Hu Yi before he turned his attention to Wen who is looking at the man with a soft smile. The man walked to him and sat on the chair in front of his table.

"Hello doctor, I'm Zhu Hang, my right leg hurts a lot and I don't know why." The man said to him.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Mr Zhu Hang. Have you gone to the doctors before this?" Wen asked the man with a smile.

"Yes." Zhu Hang said to him.

"What do they have to say about it?" Wen asked him curiously.

"They can't find anything wrong about me. They want me to take more tests but I don't have enough money to use on tests and further treatments. Please help me to find my problem doctor." Zhu Hang pleaded to him.

Wen hummed at what the man said while Xu Lien looked at the man with a look of pity.

"Okay. Have you gone to any other herbalists before this? If so, what kind of medications did they give you and are you taking any medications now?" Wen asked the man calmly.

"Well, I had gone to this famous herbalist doctor and had taken his medicine, but it didn't do much other than stopping the pain for a few days. I'm not on any medication right now." Zhu Hang said to him as he recalled the information.

"I see. I will need to check your leg so please lay on the medical bed there." Wen said to the man as he pointed at the bed in another separate room.

"Ok." Zhu Hang said as he walked into the room.

"You wait here. I'll go check and come back." Wen said to Xu Lien as she nodded to him.

Wen then went into the room and saw the man lying on the bed as he looked at his right leg. He already understood what it was but he has to show some work to not make it suspicious so he started to feel the man's legs as he ran his hands on them and touched some places as he poked his fingers on various places as the man winced.

"Hmm, I see." Wen said after poking and touching his leg for some time.

"What's the problem doctor?" Zhu Hang asked him.

"It seems that you have some calcium deficiency and some nutrients are missing which are needed for the health of your nerves and muscles. It's nothing too serious and I can give you the medicine needed which can strengthen your body as well." Wen said to the man.

"Oh, I see." Zhu Hang said to him with a nod.

"Please follow me." Wen said to the man as he nodded to him.

He exited the room and went to his table before he told Xu Lien about the medicines that she has to bring for him as she nodded to him and went to get it. Zhu Hang came and sat on the chair in front of the desk as Wen wrote on the prescription as Xu Lien appeared with the needed medicine as she place the plastic containers on the table.

"Here you go Mr Zhu Hang, if you follow this correctly then in the span of two weeks your pain will be gone and your body will be strengthened. Of course you will have to take care of your health to make sure that this doens't happen again. The payment is to be done at the counter." Wen said to the man as he gave him the prescription before putting the medicine in a plastic bag and giving it to the man.

"Okay doctor. I'll do what you say." Zhu Hang said to him with a nod as he stood up and gave a small bow.

Wen nodded to him as the man walked out of the shop after paying for his medicine, after which he gave a short greeting to Xu Lien and Hu Yi as they each gave a bow to him as he exited the shop. After the man had gone both women looked at Wen as he looked at them.

"What is it?" Wen asked them.

"Um, did I do okay for the first time giving the medicine?" Xu Lien asked him a bit nervously.

"Yes you are. You took only a short time to come back with the medicine which shows that you know where they are and you were able to take and get them here quite quickly as well. However, if we start to get more customers then you will have to learn to quickly bring the needed medicines." Wen said to her calmly.

"Yes sir. Thank you." Xu Lien said to him as she gave a small bow and a smile.

He nodded to her and looked towards Hu Yi as she gave a small bow to him.

"I have nothing much to say sir. I'm just happy that we have gotten out first customer on the first day." Hu Yi said to him with a bow.

"I see. Well, you did a good job there as well. You are in charge of the payments so make sure that they are correct. I also remember the payments and will check the registery after each day. So work diligently." Wen said to her with a smile.

"Okay sir." Hu Yi said to him as she bowed to him.

Wen hummed to her and sat on his seat and closed his eyes again as the two women looked at him. He was meanwhile using his powers to look at the city and other things there and making sure that no large trouble occurs.

'I can feel someone watching me.' Wen thought to himself as he sat there.
