Chapter 14
His lips close over my earlobe, his teeth nipping tenderly. “I figured as much.”
Is it that obvious? I ease an arm beneath his waist and hug him tight, my other hand finding his. Our fingers lace together across my stomach.
Brushing my hair aside, he snuggles against me. “Tell me about yourself,” he breathes into my ear.
Suddenly I can’t think of anything to say. “What do you want to know?”
He shrugs, which settles his body closer to mine. “Tell me what you want out of life.”
Right this minute all I want is him, so instead of answering, I ask, “How many guys have you known?”
Travis laughs. “That’s not a very nice question. What if I said ten? What if I said one? Would you get jealous?”
I grin. “No. I’m just curious.”
