Chapter 38: Yoko Okino

It was 3 pm, when Seiya's clinic physician job for the day was finish. He took off his doctor's coat as he went out while equipping his leather handbag, the black cat meowed as it tried to follow him. But Seiya stop the cat and said.

"I see you again tomorrow okay?"

"Meow!"

The black cat nodded which made Seiya surprise, so after letting the cat out of the clinic. It left on its own as Seiya locked the clinic before going to the parking lot. He contacted the number that Yoko Okino handed using a scratch paper before giving him a kiss in the cheek and leaving in a hurry. Yoko Okino was currently on her dressing room as her set for today was finish, she sighed as she opened her flip phone waiting for something new. Until the phone trembled which made her open the inbox and she saw Seiya's message.

I just finished my work, how about you?

Yoko thought it was a stalker message until she saw his name below, which made her reply...

I also got off from work, shall we have dinner at Panda's Dinner?

Sure, shall I pick you up?

While Yoko was focus on texting, she heard her make up artist spoke.

"Yoko, who are you texting?"

"Oh, just friend...*chuckles*"

"Really? just friends?"

The female make up artist slide slowly as she took a sneak peek onto her phone then she questioned Yoko with a teasing look.

"Oh, inviting a boy for dinner? Are you really sure it is not a Boyfriend???"

"Stop It! it is just a thank you dinner."

"Oh?"

Yoko told her about the incident which made her friend expression more teasing as she nudge her in the shoulder.

"Well whatever you say~ I just hope you tell me if you do "it" in the first date!"

Yoko couldn't help but softly quarrel with her friend as she runs away, Yoko began to imagine it as her mind was full of scenario and expectation. She cursed her friend for making her think of it as she removed her make up while asking her friend who was still outside to pick a dress that would not attract people. It took 30 minutes before Seiya arrived in the so called Panda's Wood street, he saw Yoko Okino wearing a jack and a cap. He drove by as he said.

"Need a lift?"

Yoko was surprise to see Seiya's car since it looks expensive, she opened the passenger seat as Seiya spoke before making the car move forward.

"Don't forget to fasten your seatbelt."

They drove towards the Panda's Dinner where it was less crowded, the waitress asked when they arrived in front of the reception.

"Table for two?"

"Yes, please." -Seiya nodded

Seiya and Yoko sat on the seat as the waitress light the candles up, since the restaurant's interior was a little dim as to complement the dating aura. Yoko blushes as she carefully stared at Seiya face like she wanted to remember his face for a long time. Seiya couldn't help but ask.

"Is there something on my face?"

"Nothing, what do you want to order. It's my treat..."

Seiya nodded as Yoko sighed in relief, they look at the menu and ordered the same thing with red wine. While waiting for the meal, Yoko didn't know what to talk about so the mood felt silent as Seiya took initiative as he spoke with a smile.

"You don't need to think hard of a topic, anything to talk about is fine."

"Okay, I was just worried that I bore you."

"It's okay, everyone would think the same with this silent and gloomy mood. How about we talk about relationships?"

"Sounds great.."

"Have you ever dated someone again after your ex boyfriend?"

"No, at most it was just looking at handsome boys with interest in college. How about you? have you ever been in a relationship like a girlfriend?"

"Hmnn, I have a girlfriend sort off. She only gave an ambiguous answer for my question."

Seiya remembered when he carefully questioned Mamako the first time they just finished having sex.

"Am I your boyfriend and lover now?"

"Maybe...*giggle* What do you think?"

Yoko hearing Seiya has a girlfriend turned the mood more gloomy but hearing the next statement felt like she still has a chance as her brain started to create crazy reasons like the girlfriend of Seiya was giving him a green hat, not knowing that Mamako was an assassin.

"Anyway the last time I seen her was 2 months ago, and she kept changing her number which makes it hard to contact her. I could only leave a letter at my home before traveling here to japan."

Yoko couldn't help but ask as she tried to think of a lot of scenario

"Don't you worry that your girlfriend might be cheating on you?"

"I don't think so, she is an archeologist that goes to a couple of ancient ruins."

Seiya asked Mamako's new occupation before as he only gets to see her once a month. Although he knew about her job as an assassin, he still wanted to see what excuse she had. in Which she said while patting her chest like a proud peacock.

"I am an licensed Archeologist!"

She showed an Archelogist I.D and invited Seiya to their office which has a lot of ancient shit, literally they are dinosaur poops that was found near a ruin. So Seiya acted reassured with Mamako's occupation and her monthly journey through ancient ruins and stuff. Yoko Okino who heard his experience was surprise but her hope of acquiring Seiya's love and feeling wasn't extinguish but more determined, since the girlfriend of Seiya wasn't around. Yoko felt like she could give Mamako a green hat and try to comfort Seiya in the end result. Mamako who was in a middle of a mission sneezes as she muttered.

"*ACHOO!* who is speaking bad at me, oh well I wonder if Seiya at home? I want to come back soon!"

She then continued aiming her sniper at a certain target as Seiya and Yoko began to eat their dinner. While eating Yoko began asking about important questions that would give her an idea of what Seiya's girlfriend was, as she became more drunk from drinking the red wine.

"So your girlfriend only comes home once a month?"

"Yes and would always be covered full of dust and dirt."

"Have you ever tried to ask her to resign before?"

"A few times, but she said that she hate to resign her favorite job so I stop asking after the last one."

Yoko feeling was like a small fire poured with more alcohol that increase her determination to steal Seiya from his international girlfriend. When they finished dinner, Yoko was already a little drunk as Seiya supported her by putting his hand around her waist. He paid for the dinner as they walk out from the restaurant, he wanted to ask her about her home address but seeing she was already sleeping. He can only check in a hotel as he drove to the nearest one. When he asked the staff reception for two rooms, the girl stared at them ambigiously as she cough while saying.

"Sorry sir, but there is only one room available. Since it is near Christmas day."

"We take it~"

Seiya can only take the one room as he carried Yoko Okino in a princess carry as she mumbled her dream.

"Seiya....Love...me.."

Seiya cough although he felt that sex in the first date would sound great, it is inappropriate and their situation would ruin her job in which she still has big dreams and goals. When they were in the room, he removed her cap, jacket and shoes before placing her in the bed while covering her with a blanket. But who knew her hands would reach out and pull Seiya's face onto her face. In which he accidentally landed a kiss in her lips.

The sleeping Yoko Okino began to respond unconsciously as her dream change into the one she wanted which was being a famous actress while her husband was Seiya as they lead a happy life. After a few seconds, Seiya slowly move apart as he took off his suit and removed his shoes before moving to the other side of the bed and sleep. He knew that tomorrow morning will lead to a confusing situation.
