7.Getting into the Sect

As Han Qin thought that a kid with grey hair appeared onto the stage.

He then proceeded to concede to Shen Wei, with Shen Wei smiling, "tch, this royalty already paid off the kid" Fu Mingxia said with a pouting face.

"Heh, what do you expect, his royalty from the Shen Kingdom" Tian Wei said with a smile.

Afterwards it was Tian Wei's turn and he won easily.

With that only 10 people remained. "Han Qin vs Shen Wei!", this caused a commotion as both Han Qin and Shen Wei were quite famous by now.

With Han Qin being known as a cold and indifferent, and the Bing County residents knew of the Shen Kingdom, since the Bing County was on of the counties ruled by them.

Han Qin slowly walked on the stage with sword and his hand, 'to think we'd be matched, I'm definitely beating him up', Shen Wei walked up saying "hey pretty boy, surrender and I'll give you two gold coins!" "Huh?, two gold coins?!, Shen Wei is really spoiled by the Royal family" the crowd burst into chatter.

Shen Wei smiled as he liked to flaunt his wealth and status. This ticked off Han Qin but his indifferent look remained, "if you're not going to fight then get off the stage".

Silence prevailed as none thought a kid would talk back to royalty the crowd held their breath.

Shen Wei felt insulted as he started clenching his fists and pointed at Han Qin, "you how do you talk back to royalty", although the Yongqipai was technically ruled by the Shen kingdom, it was a branch of the Heavenly Sword Sect in the Jing Royal City, so even the Shen Kingdom treated them with respect.

Han Win bothered by this insect appeared behind him and punched his spine, he sent him flying, Han Qin then proceeded to appear at his next destination as he sent him into the air.

He beat him up for a few minutes with the crowd no longer speaking as dead silence filled the arena, even the elder's eyes were twitching as even tho they aren't subjected to the Shen Kingdom, they still make sure treat the descendants with respect.

"Hehehe that's what he deserve for being a cheater, scumbag" Fu Mingxia said with Tian Wei quickly shutting her up. Bai Ehuang looked at Han Win face with a slight red hue, Tian Wei noticed, he then looked at Han Qin with a deep look.

After what seemed like an hour Han Qin kicked Shen Wei off the platform.

"You fucking beast!, watch after this how I deal with you" Shen Wei said with an angry look.

Han Qin looked at him with a deadpan face 'what an insect' he thought.

Afterwards the top 10 fights resumed with Han Qin's opponents surrendering, Tian Wei also beat his opponents.

"Han Qin vs Fu Mingxia", "shit" Fu Mingxia couldn't believe she got him during the fight for top 5 even tho she didn't like his attitude, she admitted he was strong.

They both then appeared on the platform with Han Qin saying "I'm getting bored, so we'll settle this in one attack" Fu Mingxia and the crowd were taking back, but she agreed.

They both then proceeded to attack, Han Qin watched as Fu MingXia pounced at him "way of water", His left hand accumulated Cold aura as his wrist froze, "Ice Fist" this time he punched the space making ice appear and attack Fu Mingxia, she panicked as she was in the air but to of no avail.

The cold aura blasted her out the platform with some parts of he freezing.

Han Qin then walked off. It was time for the final three, "Bai Ehuang vs Tian Wei" unexpectedly the two friends were put against each other, surprise flashed through their eyes but they still made their way on to the platform.

"Tian Wei don't go easy on me" Bai Ehuang said, "don't worry I don't plan on going east on you" Tian Wei said.

"Ten apes kick!" Tian Wei crouched as he launched himself at Bai Ehuang kicking at her, "cat's palm" she swiftly relocated his kicks and stepped back, since they've been friends for a long time Tian Wei knew about her battle tactics so he kept launching, kicks at her with her dodging.

After 10 minutes they both got tired as they started panting heavily, this match was entertaining for the crowd as they cheered on both contestants.

"Bai Ehuang, let's end this" "ok", Barbarian Madman Claw!" Tian Wei's claw glowed red, "Cat's Chaotic Chop!" Bai Ehuang chopped as they both connected *BANG* a loud bang occurred as Bai Ehuang got sent off the stage.

"Winner Tian Wei!" The crowd then gave an enthusiastic applause as they throughly enjoyed the match.

"Hoo, the final fight is between, Tian Wei and Han Qin" one of the elders watching said, "yeah but it's obvious who is going to win" with all of them nodding.

They saw during the second stage Tian Wei loading to the Qi Condensation beast, whereas Han Qin was able to slay it.

"Either way after this I'm going to report this to the sect master, with him we'll have a fifth one that can jump three levels."

Tian Wei was allowed a hour rest to recuperate his stamina.

"Final match Tian Wei vs Han Qin", Tian Wei walked up and Han Qin walked up, cheers could be heard as they stepped onto the platform.

"Who do you think is gonna win?" Bai Ehuang asked, "of course it's Tian Wei".

"Let's have a good match" Tian Wei said with a smile, to which Han Qin just looked at him, Tian Wei gave an awkward smile by being ignored.

"Begin!", Tian Wei jumped backwards to distance himself, Han Qin just stood there, "draw out you're sword" Tian Wei said, "you have to be worthy" Han Qin said indifferently.

"Ten apes kick!" Han Qin dodged them and grabbed his legs freezing them "ice touch", then cold aura revolved around his right fist "ice fist" he sent a gut shot sending Tian Wei flying.

Tian Wei got up and said again "bring out your sword", Han Qin getting fed up said "if I bring out my sword you'll die" the crowd hearing that gasped they spoke between themselves, as the elders frowned but they didn't stop it.

"I'll die?, well let's see it then", provoked Han Qin went to grab his sword the crowd watched as it came out of it's sheath, Han Qin's aura became even colder with the temperature dropping, "eughh, when did it become so cold, the sun is still out!" One person in the crowd said.

A shiver went down Tian Wei's spine as he looked at Han Qin's cold and emotionless eyes, Han Qin said slowly "Flambé Ice Sword Art, Glacier Slash" he slashed down.

Tain Wei was routed there as he couldn't move due to the pressure of the attack, "I'm I gonna die?" With great difficulty he used his attack "Barbarian Madman Claw" but before he could connect, elder Feng cancelled out Han Qin's attack.

"Winner Han Qin!", Bai Ehuang and Fu Mingxia had dumbfounded looks as they couldn't believe Tian Wei lost that badly.

Han Qin put his sword back into it's sheath as he stood there, the crowd cheered for him.

"With that the tournament has concluded, well done to the people that have been accepted".

"Now the top 10, wait here you will receive you're rewards", the 10th place boy received a bow as a reward, next to him a girl received a fan she looked pleased, afterwards the rest of them received their rewards.

Fu Mingxia received a staff with one inscription on it, Bai Ehuang coming in third received 1 high tier body refinement pill, along with a sword with an inscription on it.

Tian Wei also received the pill and he got a spear instead.

Han Qin got a pill aswell, but he rejected the sword that had the inscription, "but I can see that you're sword is regular" Elder Feng said, "I can't feel any power coming from it".

"I like this sword" Han Qin said, "ok, then I'll give you another body refinement pill".

He then took the top 10 into the sect and showed them around "this is the mission's place, this is the weapon pavilion, this is the main hall in which the elders help the disciples with any problems, there's points in which you earn to pay for stuff like cultivation methods, movement arts etc."

"And these houses is where you all will be living and the person who cam in first lives in the most spiritual dense place." This made the other kids jealous but they knew Han Qin was powerful.

Han Qin went inside as he sat down, 'before the tournament I was close to reaching the seventh level now I showed be able to break through with the pill'. He then positioned himself as he sucked in the dense spiritual energy, 2 mins later after he reached the peak of the sixth level he broke through, "now I shouldn't have a problem with second level Qi Condensation cultivators".

Han Qin then took out one of the pills as he ate it he then proceeded to break through to the eighth level, 'for the final pill I will use that to strengthen my body even more', he then ate as he sent the energy around his body with little amounts of impurities leaving his body.

After it lasted 20 minutes his physique felt even stronger, "now it shouldn't be impossible to fight with low level fourth Qi condensation cultivators.

He stretched smelling his odour, he decided to take a bath, and cleaned himself.

"Tomorrow I'll go and see the missions available for newcomers, I'll try and get enough points to pay for a movement art".

Whilst he was pondering, Elder Feng requested an audience with the sect master.
