The next day went as usual, waking up, doing his morning routine, then he left for work, he did his interview and magazines photoshoot and left again home after having lunch with Yumi and Sooyeon, he didn't invite Jeff and the latter didn't care much.

Noah glanced at the adresse and stood up and left to see his building.

He was so happy with the reward that he forgot his song is number one now.

When he remembers on the taxi, he immediately opens his insta and takes a selfie again.

"How can I help you?" He said.

Noah gave him the paper that proves he is the owner, "I want to see my new building."

The guard froze and bowed immediately, "sorry sir for being rude."

Noah entered, and a manager came out immediately when he saw him. "Mr.Neemr, welcome, my name is Jung Ha yeon. I'm the manager of this venue."

Noah shook her hand, "Noah Neemr, nice to meet you."

Noah looked around the building. The place was beautiful and intimate, Upon entering, guests were greeted by a spacious yet intimate setting. The dimly lit interior exudes an eclectic vibe, with a mix of vintage furniture, plush seating areas, and industrial decor elements.

The main stage is elevated, and the place can fit up to 300 people standing and 150 settings. The second floor is a balcony looking down on the stage, it cam host up to 50 people comfortably. The last floor is a resting area with 2 green rooms and a spacious office. There is a bar and a kitchen in the back.

"This place is truly beautiful, Velvet Underground. That's the name from now on, okay?"

Hayeon nodded, "Of course, sir."

"I will trust you with this place, send me a report once a month, all the profits will be devided to three parts, first part will be reinvested into the building again, the second part will be saved for emergencies, as for the last part leave it safe in case I need it."

Hayeon nodded and noted everything he said. "As for employment, I want you to be careful and do a background check on everyone, I will be affected if something happens in this place."

"Of course, sir, you can trust me in this." She said with confidence.

"Also, treat them good, give bonuses if they did good. I want everything to go smoothly." He ordered.

"Yes, rest assured, sir."

Noah looked at Hayeon, "If you prove yourself, in the future, you will be promoted to something more than just managing a building." He said.

Hayeon saw how serious he was, and she became excited.

You have to know noah is only 20 years old, and he is already owning a music venue worth millions his future is promising. She already understood this part. But now she was sure if she worked hard and honestly, she would be successful herself.

Noah looked carefully at all the offers. He took a deep breath.

"I will only accept Fila, and hunddai." He said.

The marketing director was about to argue but kim stopped him, "Can I know why?"

Noah nodded, "I will put an album next year. My value will increase more, and those offers will change to better ones by then, and you can even have more power to negotiate." He explained.
