The [main character] slowly regains his sensations of touch. He feels warm and hot at the same time. He feels himself being pushed out by the flesh around him. Then he is released from such an entrapment moments later. He hears muffled sounds and all the sounds hurt. The light from the sun shines into the house. This shining light hurts his eyes. Everything hurts so much and the air feels so cold. So he lets out a cry like any baby would.
Everything is so unfamiliar. He begins to wonder what is going on. However, instead of being able to ask questions. His vocal cords aren't fully developed considering that he was just born and he's a baby. So all he does is cry out with a loud whine. The person holding him is a middle-aged woman with a few grey hairs on her head and some wrinkles. She puts him
She holds him and moves him to a table with a bucket of clean water and rags of cloth. They are putting him on a dry cloth a slowly cleaning off the blood with a damp cloth. The baby calms down a bit since the water feels warm. After some time goes by, she wraps him up in a blanket that will keep the baby warm. The blanket is blue and a little fuzzy. The Doctor then picks him back up and carries him over to the arms of a man with a scruffy beard with a few bags under his eyes. The man says "Happy birthday little man! I'm your dad!". The man smiles while holding the baby in his hands, being as gentle as he can. The baby, who is the main character now, scrunches up his face confused as to what's happening.
All they can hear is him moaning slightly while on the verge of tears. In the baby's mind, all he's thinking is "I'm alive? I'm alive!? Wait, I'M ALIVE!!" After realizing that he's regained his natural senses again, which at first felt alien and unnatural; Is starting to feel natural again. For only a moment he felt alive and happy. The moment he lasted a glorious five seconds until he busted out in tears. He remembers agreeing to God's proposal purely because he got intrigued and curious. The baby could only think "Oh what a failure of me!! Only i would make such an ignorant mistake." In the middle of him regretting his decisions, he heard a woman's voice. The woman said, "Let me see him". After that, he felt a soft and slender palm for the first time. It felt so welcoming and it shocked him. Shortly after encountering an experience, he fell asleep.
The woman, who has a motherly loving aura, says "Aren't you such a sweet-looking baby? He looks so relaxed too." The man comments "He's more relaxed because you're his mother. I'd be scared if he wasn't." The man chuckles after speaking. The woman replies "At least he isn't scared of me." Caught off guard and slightly shocked by the response. The man says "He's not scared of me. He was probably just cold after being born." in a stubborn tone. He also comments thereafter "Plus I'm not that scary." The mother chuckles a bit and responds saying "Okay dear."
A few minutes go by and the man says "He's more relaxed than i ever could be." The woman responds "Well i sure hope so, he's our child. Considering how much you work in the fields." The man sighs and a moment passes before he says "It's a lot of work and little time for rest, but it keeps the family fed. That's all that matters in the end." The mother smiles at the man as they sit in the room. Such a positive atmosphere despite the smell of blood in the room. The process of childbirth gives the room a unique smell but eventually, the smell will fade over time.
After about an hour of the doctor grabbing their cleaning supplies, the doctor was back to clean up the room while her assistant nurses would grab the mother and son out of the room. The man follows behind them and says to the doctor "Thank you, Doctor, i know it's hard in these tryin' times." With a country accent behind the words. The Doctor smiles and replies "Anything for more smiling families around here." Such a positive atmosphere in this new found for our main character.
Eight years go by without the main character being born in the countryside of the capital far from their borders. He grows up being taught by his parents how to live off the land and do day-to-day chores. The father doing his best to discipline his son, and the mom trying to teach him how to properly clean and bathe himself with day-to-day high gene. They have their work cut out for them. This would be the day-to-day routine that the main character would have as he gets older until he's old enough to start taking care of himself. Hours eventually go by until he gets blindfolded by his dad. With the bright lights of flame and the smell of wax and cake. They had secretly prepared to celebrate his birthday without him noticing. After taking the blindfold off. A big shock following a wide grin with a happy smile. The boy would say "Oh, it's my birthday!!" His eyes lit up as he had gotten his mother's favorite cakes for his birthday.
The Dad says "Me and mom will share half and you get to have half of it yourself." The son says " Oh really!? Half of it just for me!?" His parents smile at him with such happy smiles on their faces. The Dad puts his hands on his son on his head scruffs his hair and says "Yes son, all just for you." They all finish the night eating together as a family. The rest of the night ends peacefully as he fell asleep and they put him to bed before them. After today he is now eight years old. He seems to age just as fast as a kid would. He even had his box full of stuff he would make. The true talent of a craftsman. Only time will show us if it's truly talent or just a child's creativity.
The family of artists are truly genetic gems. They have generations of all kinds of creations. Which would consist of paintings, machines, drawings, songs, poems, instruments, etc. The list of art rarely ends depending on the family's artistic skills. The genes will pass down the muscle memory of each skill into the blood which passes it down to the heir or successor of the artist. The process rarely ends as long as they have kids.
The next day, the Dad looks at all the stuff his son has made with his hard work and notices that a few small plates of wood with a slight dip in them were made by his son. Similar to a bowl and he even sees square spoons and forks and notices that his son has made some incredible stuff for an eight-year-old. The Dad says "I never knew you to be such a crafter." He then realizes that talent does seem to run in the family. Despite the rough surface of the wooden utensils that need to be polished with a blocky outlook. Their still fairly well made to an extent. He would bring them in his shed to polish them before his son wakes up.
Hours go by before the son wakes up for breakfast. The Dad secretly puts them back in the box, while his son isn't looking, after coming back inside the house. To surprise him after they eat. Some time passes and they've all finished their breakfast. The mother says "Honey i will be in the garden early this morning before it starts to get hot and then i'll be back inside to make lunch and cool off." The Dad replies "Yes darling, but first i wanna show my son a surprise i got for him." The son jumps out of his chair in excitement saying "You have a surprise for me!? What is it!?" He starts looking around while stomping his feet trying to find his surprise. The Dad replies "Check inside your box and you'll see."
The son then runs to his box and opens it up. He freezes and makes noises showing how happy he is to see his toys that he made himself have a new polish look to them. The Dad says "What do you think? Do you like it" The son says "Thank you so much, Dad!! I love you!!" They hug it out in a wholesome manner as the mother smiles while looking at them from a distance. Afterward, their day goes back to their routine. It appears to be a good omen for him. Which would be true under normal circumstances it would be. However, in a not-so-distant place. The capital of the country in which he now resides has flames brewing. Signs of a potential conflict will arise. Depending on the outcome, a revolution or even a war may come to fruition.
I plan to have a coherrent story with sensible plots and reasonable time skips. Revised version.
