DxD 0087: Movie Night *

"Tsubaki. How'd you end up coming here for dinner?" Abaddon made some small talk while eating the food that Akeno made and was currently feeding him gently. He was half sure that she sat in his lap because she wanted to feed him and get him to feed her.

Abaddon noticed that Sona had a gentle smile on her face as she looked at him, "What?" He asked her.

"I appreciate the gesture…" She smiled and focused on her food. Abaddon just shrugged and continued enjoying his meal with Akeno.

"Are you both having a movie night or something?" Rias asked Tsubaki and Sona curiously.

"Yeah… It's Saturday tomorrow so we were planning on doing a marathon." Sona answered after swallowing the food that was in her mouth.

"Which ones? Maybe we all could join in. We haven't checked out the mini-theatre that Abaddon got installed here." Rias asked.

"Spider-Man. We planned on watching all of them before that new one comes out on Friday." Tsubaki answered.

"I'm in." Rias' prompt answer came. "Same." Akeno also answered. "Koneko and Asia also in," Rias answered for Koneko and Asia who were feeling a bit shy.

"I feel a little hurt that no one answered for me," Abaddon said with mock hurt as he ate another bite from Akeno's hand.

They took a seat on the couch in front of Abaddon. Lastly, Asia was also pulled by Aika who had a devious smile on her face. Lastly, Koneko's action was the most surprising as she didn't sit beside Akeno and instead, she came up to Abaddon and climbed on his lap, making herself comfortable as she wiggled her butt a little, "Koneko?" Abaddon trailed off as his hand instinctively wrapped around Koneko's waist, pulling her closer.

"Comfy…" She didn't say much.

"I guess the swimming lessons are helping Koneko warm up to you, huh?" Rias teased them both. Neither Abaddon nor Koneko reacted except for a tint of red forming on Koneko's cheeks.

"Let's start," Abaddon said as he formed a magic circle to play the movie on the huge screen.

"We're starting from the Tobey Maguire ones, right?" Tsubaki asked from behind, making everyone chuckle. Abaddon could easily imagine Tsubaki's embarrassed blush as he replied to her, "Yes, Tsubaki. We have the Raimy trilogy, then we'll go for my personal favorites, the Garfield ones."

"You love them too, senpai?!" Tsubaki leaned forward with stars in her eyes making her chest rest on Abaddon's head. She got embarrassed before pulling back.

"Mhm… I do," Abaddon nodded and quieted down as the movie started.

"Hey…" Sona leaned forward and whispered in Abaddon's ear, her breath on the back of his neck making him feel a little ticklish.

"Just talk to me telepathically." He whispered back.

"Where's the fun in that…" Sona had a little smile on her face as she made sure to tease him, "How are you so familiar with pop culture when you didn't even know much about basic stuff like coffee?" She asked with a whisper.

"Oh, I embody the sin of sloth. That means a whole lot of wasting my time-consuming media. And the underworld doesn't really have anything more interesting beyond Serafall's show… And I did not watch that for the story." Abaddon gave Sona an 'if you know what I mean…' look, "As for not knowing about coffee… I gotta have some kind of conversation starter." He shrugged, leaving Sona speechless as she realized that he was just messing with her on their first date.

"Shh..." Koneko was the one who shushed Abaddon, so he didn't say anything further and quieted down. But his hand that was wrapped around her stomach made its way to her head, rubbing her silky white hair.

Meanwhile, his other arm that was wrapped around Akeno's shoulder slipped down to her waist. Akeno's hand made its way to rest over his in an attempt at meaningless resistance.
