He is not the original Riser from Highschool Dxd, but someone who transmigrated into the body of the early villain.

After realizing he became Riser, he became depressed on how much trouble he will go through in the future. The protagonist will come to steal his fiance and kick his butt in front of countless people.

However he received some hope after he realized he had a cheat. It took years for it to load until it finally opened up.

The Phenex Clan Martial Arts is a combat style made for people who possess the Phenex bloodline. In the past, a prodigy of the Phenex Clan created a manual on how to use their bloodline power of Immortality efficiently in a fight. Along with their ability to command fire and wind, their combat effectiveness increased. It also cultivates their overall capabilities. It is one of the basics taught to children of the Phenex Clan.

Riser realized that the simulator will be activated once every day. Even if he spend his time lazing around, he would still reap the benefits like he spent an entire year of training arc everyday.

"Fuhahahahaha!! I've always liked to be the bad guy. And with the strength to back it up so they wouldn't lose to some loser main characters. Now with this I'm unbeatable."

It's perfect for Riser who spent all of his time of the day womanizing with his peerage harem. He could maintain his arrogant attitude and still has the strength to back it up.

"Riser-sama." A woman's voice caught Riser's attention, snapping him from his evil soliloquy.

"Yubelluna." It was none other than Yubelluna, Riser's household member who holds the status as his Queen.

Yubelluna walks by his side intimately. Riser's arms wrapped around her waist.

"Perfect timing, I need you to do something for me." Riser gently holds her chin to look at her flirtatiously.

"Whatever it is you need of me, I'll do my best to serve you." Yubelluna subserviently rest herself on him.

"Well it's nothing difficult, I just to test something myself."

A week later, Riser checked his simulator. It is now recharged and ready to be used again.

The experience of practicing the Phenex Clan Martial Arts then flowed into his mind. His overall strength also increased considerably.

"Phew, as I expected. Riser's talent is just average compared to the main characters and the geniuses. No, maybe it might be even below average."

After seven days of using the simulation, Riser gained power equivalent of 7 years worth of basic training.

In the story the main characters and his rival could just use their Sacred Gears to double their power or half it in battle. They could fight beings several tiers above their base power level.

Based on his knowledge of the story of Highschool Dxd, if the main characters had the S rank innate talents, then Riser's innate talent is just C. Three tiers below them.

No matter how hard he trains if their talents are vastly wide apart, then he had no chance at all.

"But I'm not the same Riser as in the story, because I have the simulator. I wonder how the despair of their faces are going to look. Even with love or power of friendship will be crushed underfoot by my absolute power." Riser chuckled.

These 2 losses were lost in purpose out of courtesy for his opponent belongs to a household the Phenex Clan was close to. He held the record of 11 consecutive wins, a rising star among the younger generation of devils.

After Riser unlocked his simulator, he only played two Rating Games and win over them. He started to display masterful combat ability and defeated his opponents.

"It has been over a year since I unlocked the simulator. Then that means I accumulated over 300 years of training." Riser thought it was a very very long time.

It would be easy to overpower anyone at his current level. And yet his current level could be easily surpassed by the main characters with the slightest amount of training, or obtaining treasures or legacies of legendary beings.
