Blake then took the woman into his arms.

"Are you guys all right? How are you?" Blake asked. Jenna just snorted, then plopped down on the bed, her back to Blake who was still standing still where she was.

"Jenna ...."

"Tell me who told you I was here? Was it Clara?" Jenna snapped, starting to look irritated at the feeling of being toyed with in such a way by fate.

Jenna was angry, indeed. But she wasn't mad at Blake, or Clara, or even Ryan. She was angry at fate, at her stupidity.

Hellen is Ryan's wife, doesn't that woman still have the right to get satisfaction from that man? why should Jenna be angry? She'd done it herself with Blake, hadn't she? So why can't Ryan do it?

Blake shook his head. "No. It wasn't Clara who said you were here, it was Ryan."

Jenna gasped at Blake's answer. It's ironic that her life is now like a ball, thrown from one player to another. And Jenna just gave up on it all.
