Chapter 2

"NO!! I have told you this is the last option….you haven't seen the devil in his eyes as I have." 

" I don't understand your query…he has always been under whatever you command him to do.So what's changed? What am I missing?" 

"He has the same look in his eyes as his father did and I'm so afraid..it'll ruin me."

"So what now?"

"....."

"I'll have to kill him."

" I'm no Bale,you killed him."

…..

"Noo!!" I screamed and woke from the flashbacks that had made me run away. Sharp light hit my eyes as somebody just poured needles in them.I closed my eyes and moved back from where I was sitting. That's when I realized I was tied up with chains.In shock and confusion I looked around me,everything was dark. The only source of light was from the window up the wall."You killed him" echoed in my head and I pressed my hands over my ears but I couldn't stop hearing the voice of that man saying that I killed the only person who's left to love me and the last person I loved.

"Get me out of here!!!" I screamed at the top of my lungs but no answer came, just my voice came back in echoes.

"Cowards face me!!" I screamed yet again but still no response.

I sat down again and closed my eyes,I didn't know what to think and I didn't even want to.

After a few hours or so I heard someone opening the door of the room I was locked in. I tried to stand up but my left leg couldn't and I fell back to my spot. A man came inside carrying a tray with a bowl of stew and old bread on it. He put it in front of me and was about to go away when I grabbed his hand and yanked him down.

" Where's Bale?" I asked.

"You're asking me?Why don't you ask the monster inside you who made you kill a little child." He said and grimaced. 

" or maybe it's not inside you but it is "you"" He said and left leaving me numb. 

Does that mean that my little brother is really dead? And I killed him? Tears started to stream from my eyes and I put my head on the ground. 

" Bale…my brother" I said and threw a fist on the ground.
