A few more days have passed since that day when George met Matteo and his encounter with the Lost King. In the morning what followed, George was at university after a class just ended and was approached by someone he knows. That person was Ana.

[A]: "Hi, George! Do you have a minute?"

[G]: "Yea, what's the problem?"

[A]: "Not right here! Let's go to a less known place first!"

George was a little bit suspicious, but didn't know what she had in mind, either a good thing or a bad one as they came closer to a place where they have some privacy.

[A]: "Do you remember the day when… you were looking for a kid and you were covered by some sort of fire, after that?

[G]: "So you knew..."

[A]: "Yes, I knew, but… that's not what I want to talk about right now. I am sorry for what I am about to say, but you have to know!"

[G]: "This doesn't sound great! You are scaring me a little."

[A]: "Don't be! It's not something to be scared of, but if you'll be angry afterwards, I will understand! We know that you spend some time after uni in a place not so… how to say it…ummm … nice. And some time ago the girls which they also knew, as they were the one who told me that you spend training in a weird place. And one day they came with the idea of filming you and posting just for a quick buck.

[G]: "Umm."

[A]: "And it worked, it was enough for a coffee, but this doesn't matter right now. You were filmed when you practiced with your fire!"

[G]: "Why?" Ana could clearly see that he was a little bit dissatisfied with her as the mood started to change.

[A]: "I said I'm sorry and I'll say it again as many times do you need! But please let me finish!

[G]: "Let's hear it then!"

[A]: "After all of that, we were approached by a small army what didn't seem to be friendly. So, to make ourselves free, I... used my ability which allows me to create shock waves. Don't laugh!"

[G]: "I won't laugh, and that's all?"

[A]: "No. Then we went home, and called the cops and two girls what looked like officers came to my house. They presented themselves as Dol.. and something and the other one as Jennifer. They put us to sleep and interrogated us about the video we took."

{G}: "It's probably Rowena showing her higher self-esteem. It sounds like what Rowena would do!"

[G]: "And then what happened?"

[A]: "They set us free, and scared as off, and told us not to talk to you!"

[G]: "That's Rowena…"

[A]: "Who?"

[G]: "One of those two."

[A]: "Oh!"

[G]: "Did she asked you about your ability? Have they done something else?"

[A]: "Yes, but I negated it, and they took a blood sample."

[G]: "So they know you have an ability!"

[A]: "Are you saying, they can check? What did I get myself into…? Gulp!"

[G]: "Anyway, they don't mean harm!"

[A]: "Are you so sure about that? They were rather mean and didn't act like normal!"

[G]: "Then maybe you might have seen too many movies! Hahaha!" George was laughing when he said that!"

[A]: "No, I totally mean it! Yes I have seen some movies, maybe more than I should have, but they were odd. I don't like them."

[G]: "You have a point, I also don't like them, but I'm doing this to save up the kid."

[A]: "And how is your help going to improve the situation, how is the kid going to receive the help? For how long you know the kid because as it stands out."

[G]: "Well … I don't know him for long, I didn't even meet him so far, as he's sick and the only place I can met him is a place I go when I sleep. He's asleep since the meteorite what gave us these powers fell on Earth. Yes, I know it sounds weird, but that's the truth.

[A]: "I feel bad about him, but don't you think they use this, to manipulate you? Save yourself up and don't be such a people pleaser. It won't help you when there will be a time when you will need it."

[G]: "I know!... I know! I should not, but I still am, not for other reasons other than people need it. This is for my own good, to give me a goal, as I don't have one, and for the others."

George makes a small break in the sentences, to sigh.

[G]: "Uhh... I hate that this is the road I have to face, but it's the only one I can think of."

[A]: "But you could do better. I know you can! Since we started here, I have seen that you work tirelessly.

[G]: "Better how? I'm not even good enough. I'm weak and I didn't even ask for these powers. Sure, they are handy, but I'm just trying out ways to get rid of them. I hate these powers, but what's the point of having them?

[A]: "And you started talking gibberish…! Just don't follow up on their weird ass things they do. They are very suspicious, just do want you think is right. That's why I told you right now even if we were told by that woman not to say a word to you. Who knows what they might be hiding under the hood, and you are their play-toy. You are not their key on solving their problems. They only make you think of that just to control you. After all you are a human!

[G]: "Thank you for saying that and thanks for letting me know, despite everything!"

[A]: "Have it your way! And don't thank me. Just open your eyes!" The way she finished was by having a smile on her face, but that smile wasn't like any other smile, it gave a warm feeling to it. She was glad to be of help of her classmate.
