--------------------------------------------------------------------

A Dragon Ball lay beneath the Tree of might, its significance lost in the midst of the chaos. Upon his arrival, Turles had been mistaken for Goku by the Namekians, leading them to dig up the Dragon Ball and offer it to him. What Turles had anticipated as a grand confrontation had ended up being a mere handover of a Dragon Ball, leaving him dumbfounded.

Turles had prepared an array of tactics, intending to torment and torture Raditz and his comrades. Yet, his efforts were in vain. Instead, he found himself handed a Dragon Ball. What was meant to be a triumphant moment was abruptly interrupted by Nappa and Tien Shinhan.

Otherwise, Turles might have actually succeeded.

At present, apart from the Dragon Ball that had been unearthed, another one was buried deep underground. The remaining five Dragon Balls were detected on Slug's crashed spaceship, and the group had been meticulously assembling them.

Seeing the Dragon Balls intact provided Raditz with relief. It indicated that the Nameks Dragon Balls were still functional and that the Great Elder's life force remained intact.

Similar to Earth's Dragon Balls, the planet Namek's Dragon Balls were intrinsically linked to their creator's life force. The Great Elder was the creator of the Nameks Dragon Balls, and his vitality was intimately tied to their magical abilities.

Going further back, the Nameks Dragon Balls were fragments derived from the Super Dragon Balls, their wish-granting power bestowed by the Dragon God, Zalama. The revered dragons among the Namekians received the Dragon God's gifts, crafting Dragon Balls and serving as intermediaries between the Dragon God and the Nameks people.

However, the Great Elder's advanced age made his life precarious, especially in the midst of the ongoing cataclysmic events. The impending doomsday disaster meant that his life hung by a thread, and to make matters worse, Piccolo's relentless pursuit was resuming.

Following the recent encounter, Raditz had used the whistle to momentarily halt Piccolo's advance. In the aftermath of the attack, Piccolo exhibited signs of internal turmoil, manifesting in alternating personalities that seemed to battle for control. The resulting internal struggle left him incapacitated and unable to immediately chase after Raditz and his group.

Amidst these dire circumstances, Piccolo's malevolent Ki surged again, indicating his renewed pursuit.

"Piccolo is on the move! Make your wish!" Raditz urgently called out.

Time was of the essence. The group needed to act swiftly before Piccolo caught up to them.

However, when Raditz and his comrades attempted to summon the dragon, nothing happened. The incantation appeared correct, yet the Dragon Balls remained unresponsive.

"What's wrong?" Krillin's brows furrowed as he repeated the incantation, yielding no results.

Uncertainty and anxiety permeated the group as they wondered whether the incantation had been misremembered. Krillin tried it once more, and still, the Dragon Balls remained inert.

"Remember, we need to use the Namekian language to summon the dragon!" Raditz's realization came just in time. The planet Nameks Dragon Balls required summoning and wish-making to be done in their native language.

However, a pressing issue arose—none of the Namekians were left alive to provide the necessary language.

Had the Great Elder perished as well? There was no certainty, and even if he were to arrive, the planet's impending doom left his survival in question.

Were they trapped in this dire situation?

"I'll be the Namekians speaker," a voice suddenly rang out, surprising everyone. All heads turned to see Tumat soaring into the scene, flapping his wings in determination. He shouted once more, "Summon The Dragon!"

Though Tumat didn't understand the Namekian language, the strange tones he produced seemed to resonate with the Dragon Balls. The orbs began to glow, and a golden light emerged, enveloping them.

Tumat's intervention proved providential once again, reminding Raditz of the power he possessed.

Within an instant, the atmosphere became charged. Thunder roared, dark clouds loomed, and golden radiance suffused the sky. Electric lights danced around, and the resounding booms echoed far and wide. It was a spectacle grander than anything witnessed with Earth's Shenron.

Amidst this breathtaking scene, A dragon's imposing figure soared into view. The majestic golden light intensified, and the dragon's true form revealed itself—a colossal, green-scaled creature with black spikes adorning its back. Unlike Earth's Shenron, this dragon boasted robust arms and a tail that connected with its lower body.

Behind the dragon lay the planet's desolation and the rampant growth of the Tree of might. The gloomy sky closed with the golden brilliance, forming a scene of stark contrast.

Known as Porunga, the Namek's dragon was notably larger than Earth's Shenron. Its presence exuded a sense of formidable power that even individuals like Raditz, who possessed combat power in the millions, couldn't help but feel.

Porunga's eyes glowed scarlet as it gazed down upon the people below. With a resounding roar, it announced, "You may state your wishes. I can grant any desire, but only three."

"Three wishes?" The group was taken aback.

While Earth's Shenron could grant a single wish, Porunga could fulfill three. Yet, Raditz was aware that each of Porunga's wishes could only resurrect a single individual, potentially making it less versatile compared to Earth's dragon.

Tumat seized the opportunity and promptly expressed his wish, "Besides Piccolo, transfer all the other living beings on this planet to Earth."

As Tumat's words resounded, Piccolo unleashed a green energy blast, not towards Raditz and the others, but directly at the dragon.

Piccolo's target wasn't his enemies, but the dragon itself!

A wicked smile curved Piccolo's lips, revealing his dark alignment even as he utilized the wish-granting ability.

Porunga's eyes glowed fiercely as the dragon attempted to stop Piccolo's sinister attack. Yet, Porunga's might proved insufficient against Piccolo's malevolent attack. The force of darkness overwhelmed Porunga's luminous power, rendering the once-mighty dragon weak and powerless.

The immense energy drain left Porunga weakened, transforming its once-shining Dragon Balls into mere stones. The glorious sight of the dragon faded, replaced by a somber reminder of the conflict's costs.

With their wishes granted, the group's priority was escape. They disappeared from the scene, leaving only Piccolo behind.

In a hellish dimension, a solitary figure remained—the Great Devil King himself, Piccolo. Amidst the cascading magma and the impending planetary destruction, his malevolent laughter echoed, a chilling symphony in the face of oblivion.
