Chapter 6 Kai Vs Roshi

"You did it. Kurullin!!!!!"Goku said in excitement.

"I won. I won. Yayyyyy." Kurullin cheered.

The first official match of the tournament has Kurullin match up against an opponent with a very bad smell.

But Kurullin was easily able to defeat the smelly man because he has no nose so he isn't affected by the smell.

"Kurullin was truly strong. He won a battle in a blink of an eye." The blond announcer said.

"He is small. But he can fight." the audience complemented Kurullin although his fight was short and a little comedic.

"Was grandpa. Turtle hermit watching this?" Goku said in excitement as he looked into the audience stand.

"Eheheh." Kurullin smiled as he thought that he was going to be complimented by his teacher.

And when they turn around,what they saw surprised them.

Turtle hermit was nowhere in the audience.

"Where is Master Roshi?" Kurullin asked.

"Hey! Where did grandpa go?" Goku asked bulma who was in the audience stand.

"I dunno. But he must have gone off somewhere." Bulma replied.

"He disappeared before the battle begin." Paur also added.

"Huh. Did he go home?" Goku asked kurullin.

"Without watching us fight?" Kurullin asked goku back.

"But. His scent is coming from somewhere."Goku replied.

"Now then everyone following that we will begin our battle 2," The announcer said.

"You two you need to go back to the waiting room." Then the announcer whispered to the two boys.

"Battle 2 Will be Jackie Chun vs Kai. Please come to the stage." The announcer said.

"That was a fine kick." The old man who was previously hitting on the purple hair girl complimented Kurullin as he went onto the stage.

"Ah thank you very much."

In the audience stand.

"I wonder what kind of person Jackie Chun and kai are," Bulma said.

"What are you saying your boyfriend is right there." Oolong said as he pointed at Yamcha who was standing near them with tears in his eyes.

"Don't worry Yamcha sama. I am sure you will get in the next one." Oolong encouraged Yamcha.

"On, this side we have Jackie Chun."The announcer said as an old man walked onto the stage.

"What the hell? Jackie Chun was a sloppy old man." Bulma complained.

"Huh. Is that old man seriously going to participate?" The audience asked.

Then Kai stepped onto the ring.

"Wow, he is so handsome," Bulma said as soon as she laid her eyes on the boy.

Of course not even if the boy is handsome that is not a normal reaction it's just that bulma was a pervert.

"This kid is he seriously going to fight that old man." Everyone in the audience stand questioned.

"Now let us begin the Battle." With The confirmation of the announcer, the two fighters got into their position.

[Be careful the opponent is someone that you are still not strong enough to defeat yet.]

"Really. I will try to push my luck. If that fail I will have to go with that plan." Kai said to the system.

"What are you talking about?"Jackie Chun asked.

"Hiya." Kai went in for a front kick but Jackie Chun defected the kick and throws a powerful punch at Kai's stomach with supersonic speed.

"Ahh." Kai coughed up blood and was surprised by how powerful the old man's attack is.

"You seem and fight like a total amateur. Just from looking at the way you fight I can tell that you have never fought a real battle before." Jackie Chun said to Kai.

[Lol. He is roasting you.] the system laughed at Kai.

"... So what's your point? Are you going to teach me how to fight while you are playing with me?" Kai asked as he smiled.

"Fine. I will finish this quick." Jackie Chun said as he prepares to attack Kai.

"Oh no, you don't. System invests all the stats that I got from the mission to strength." Kai said as he runs toward Jackie Chun.

"Haaaa." Jackie Chun then swipes one of his arms at Kai and a huge Gust hit him.

"He was able to power through that?" Jackie Chun said in surprise as Kai runs directly through his attack.

"Have a taste of this" Kai said as he punched and launched Jackie Chun a few feet into the air with a well-placed Uppercut.

"Ki-infused attack?" Jackie Chun was shocked by the boy's attack.

"Well, I think I should also get serious." Jackie Chun said as he started charging something in his hands.

"Kaaaaameeeeeeehaaaaaameeeeee....."

A blue aura started to shine around Jackie Chun.

[You cannot Tank that attack. Dodge it.]

"Right." Kai then jumped into the air to get some distance from Jackie Chun.

"Haaaaaaa." Then a blue beam was fired in his direction.

"Haaa." Kai punched the air to create a small air current that make him able to dodge the beam as he falls back to the ring.

Jackie Chun was taken aback by this and was shocked.

"It's time." Kai then was able to close in on master roshi and hit him with his right hand then it happened.

Electricity was seen as Kai shocked both the audience and Jackie Chun.

Before the match starts Kai attached a small machine in his hand and wrapped some bandages around it.

The purpose of the machine was to create electricity and in this case to shock his opponent with the power of a thousand volts.

Kai was not interested in the tournament in the first place but he knew that he wanted to win if he part takes in it no matter the cost.

"And the winner is Kai." the announcer said as Jackie Chun fell unconscious.

Everyone didn't notice what Kai have just done and if they knew they won't be cheering him.

Everyone, including master roshi who was disguising themself as Jackie Chun, Goku and Kurullin didn't notice that Kai cheated.

Well everyone, apart from one person.

"Wait what, did he?" Yamcha questioned.
