God Ki Training?

Chranoa sent me to a dimension that felt like it was collapsing my lungs and i couldent move at all. I calmed down and lowered my ki and i was able to move again, i was alone in this space and none was around. I transformed into a Super Sayian 4 and began my training to obtain god ki. Chranoa told me that i could stay in here for as long as i needed to one year is one day outside much like the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.
