"You killed the King!" Lord Skewer shouted, pointing at Broly.
"It was an accident," Broly said honestly.
"How do you kill someone accidentally?" Lord Skewer asked, completely outraged.
"Who are you?" Queen Drizzle said, dazzled by Broly's strange body.
"Broly," Broly said honestly.
'Broly? What the fuck is a Broly?' they both thought simultaneously.
Broly jumped towards them, now arm's length between the two of them.
"I'm from another planet, I want to take some of your ki crystals," Broly said simply, tired of giving out the same explanation.
'Here we go again' Yami thought, going to sleep.
He didn't want to hear another cycle of this conversation.
'Ah! So he's an off-worlder! An off-worlder hasn't come in centuries!' Queen Drizzle thought.
As far as the Ice Tribe was concerned, people living on other planets coming to approach them was as likely to occur as the bogeyman coming out of hiding.
It was one thing to hear about something and another thing to see it.
"Why did you kill the king?" Lord Skewer asked, his voice containing silent fury.
Now that his shock was wearing off, he realised that Broly had murdered the King, right in front of him.
"I told you it was an accident," Broly said apologetically.
When his ki was disrupted, control over it became difficult, like cupping water with your hand and trying not to let anything leak. While Broly's ki just wanted to shield Broly's fist, the fluctuations caused a long ki beam to fly out, causing King Grill's armour to fry him like a piece of bacon.
'I might have some bacon later' Broly thought, his tummy rumbling.
Under normal circumstances, the crystal armour would just absorb ki and output small fire waves which would deal with additional damage or serve is complementary protection.
It was only due to the cheat codes in Broly's ki that allowed the armour to be counterproductive and defeat the wearers in combat.
This reasoning quickly settled into Queen Drizzle.
"Alright!" she shouted jubilantly.
Broly looked at the Queen, waiting for an explanation.
Queen Drizzle coughed twice.
"King Grill was an idiotic ruler who at the expense of his own people waged war on any place he could, if not for the fact that the Lightning Tribe refused to sign a peace treaty with us, we would have never collaborated with such people," Queen Drizzle said, clear hatred for King Grill in her eyes as she spoke.
"Is that so?" Broly said uninterested, eager to steer the conversation back in the direction of the crystals.
That was the reason why he was there in the first place.
Lord Skewer sighed out.
"I have to admit, his thirst for conquest was a bit excessive," he said putting his sword down.
Seeing that Lord Skewer had stood down, Queen Drizzle also put her sword, temporarily halting her attack.
It was then Lord Skewer and Queen Drizzle laid eyes on the battlefield.
They saw piles of bodies, neatly stacked on top of each other, arranged by colour, all stripped of their armour.
Queen Drizzle exploded.
"Why did you kill all of our soldiers!" she shouted at Broly.
Lord Skewer stared out Broly in awe, not even angry at him, just surprised that he was able to handle all of them.
"Relax! They're not dead! They're just knocked out!" Broly said defensively.
Yami scoffed.
'They might as well be dead'
Although Broly had one-shot more or less every enemy into becoming tackling dummies, that impact generated from his strikes caused multiple broken bones and Yami wouldn't be surprised if more than a few had brain damage after Broly mashed their potatoes.
Brain liquefication had a 100% death rate.
Queen Drizzle gritted her teeth.
She found it hard to believe but she could tell there was nothing she could do.
The soldiers on both sides were defeated so the war was forcefully ended.
Apart from his bleeding fists, Broly had no observable scratches meaning that he slaughtered two armies and king with little to no effort.
Queen Drizzle sighed out.
"Now that the King is dead, there's no reason to keep fighting," she said resolutely.
She had fought the war purely out of defence and found it to be a complete waste of time.
Lord Skewer didn't argue.
Both of them were strangely even on the battlefield, they had been fighting for a long time and were still unable to win against each other.
"Mr Broly, if you would like to purchase some ki crystals, please come back tomorrow, we have more than a few things to take care of at the moment," Queen Drizzle said formally, throwing a pocket-sized crystal at Broly.
Lord Skewer did similarly and nodded at him while walking away.
Queen Drizzle approached her pile of bodies and looked down at her soldiers disappointedly.
She waved her hand around, faint traces of light blue ki flying through the air.
A huge cart made of ice encased the soldiers while two horses were carved into existence.
"D-Drizzle, if you wouldn't mind," Lord Skewer said softly, looking at his own pile of soldiers.
Queen Drizzle scoffed and quickly erected another carriage for Lord Skewer.
'It's hard to believe that these people were fighting to the death so vigorously just a few moments ago' Broly thought.
'It was all the fault of the King, nobody else wanted to be involved in conflict apart from him and so he ruined everything for everybody else, just goes to show how much damage a single person in the wrong place can do' Yami said wisely.
Broly chuckled and jumped high into the air, flying back to his ship.
Queen Drizzle and Lord Skewer both came to each other as Broly looked away.
"Did you detect his strength?"
"I did! He could have killed us with a swipe of his hand!"
"What should we do?"
"Don't hold back, give him all the crystals you-, no take him to the mines, he should be able to take everything he needs from there"
"That's a good idea!"
Queen Drizzle smiled.
The heads of the tribes unknowingly came to peace against a common threat.
Queen Drizzle turned around, walking towards her carriage.
"You got off lucky today, next time I see you on the battlefield, I'm killing you"
Lord Skewer scoffed.
"I didn't use my ultimate piercing art, you haven't seen all my cards, girly!" he said entering his own carriage.
"KYAH!" they both cried out, travelling in opposite directions.
The two carriages were dragged away by the horses, heading in opposite directions.
