Training with a Cat (It can talk)

The next day

The three crawled into a bigger portion as Krillin wheezed, "Oh my god… I think I'm gonna die…" Goku rubbed his stomach, "I'm starving…" Zephyr looked around and sniffed, "I can't smell anything." Krillin said speechlessly, "You think you're Goku?!" 

Zephyr pouted, "I can try!" Krillin rolled his eyes as Goku pointed, "Look! A door!" Zephyr and Krillin gasped, "I've never seen a door before!" Goku shushed them, "Maybe it's dangerous!"

Zephyr and Krillin got into attack positions and waited as the door stood there…

Menacingly!

Goku walked over and touched it, before saying, "Oh! It's just a normal door!" the others relaxed and Krillin said seriously, "You never know what doors can do in strange places." the trio walked through the door and Goku said, "Look! Stairs!"

Zephyr said with exhaustion, "Can we save this gag for later? I'm too hungry and tired now…" Krillin got out of his attack pose and added, "I'm hungry too." Goku's stomach rumbled and he muttered, "Maybe there's food higher up?"

They went up to see an altar with a jar and a Cat.

Zephyr walked over to the cat and rubbed his head, "Oh wow, so soft!" The Cat nodded, "I usually keep my fur soft with a strict grooming routine." Zephyr nodded before jumping up, "Holy shit! A talking cat!" Krillin complained, "You've seen a talking Turtle before."

Zephyr complained, "How can it be the same!? This is a talking cat! A cat! That talks!" Krillin was speechless, "You don't have to repeat the gag!"

Goku looked at the cat, "Hello! I'm-" the Cat nodded, "Goku, Zephyr, and Krillin. Master Roshi's disciples. I know." the trio gasped, "Wow." the Cat nodded, "I know you're shocked." they were shocked, "How did you know?!" the Cat nodded again, "I can read people's hearts."

Zephyr looked at Krillin, "Is that like Observation Haki?" Krillin shrugged, "You're asking me?" The Cat said, "My name is Korin, stop speculating. I'm a cat that's lived for 800 years, of course I can read people's hearts." Krillin asked in disbelief, "You can read people's hearts at 800? Will I be able to too?"

Korin shook his head, "No, I'm a cat and you're a baldy." Krillin was stunned and Zephyr asked, "By the way, will your tail split in two in 100 years?" Korin nodded, "Yep." Zephyr nodded, "So that's the way it is."

Goku pointed at the bottle, "Is that the Super Holy Water that makes you stronger?" Korin nodded, "Yep!" Goku clapped, "Yosh!" as he walked over to the water, getting hit with Korin's staff.

Goku rubbed his head, "OW! What was that for?!" Korin added, "You can drink the water if you want." Goku nodded and walked over before getting hit on the head again, "What's the big idea, cat!?" 

Korin added, "By the way, I will try to stop you." Goku grinded his teeth, "Why didn't you say it before?!" Korin replied, "You never asked." Goku, Zephyr, and Krillin were silent before saying together, "That makes sense."

They tried to get the water and Korin stopped them all, Zephyr was stunned, "How is that even possible?!" Goku complained, "This isn't fair, I'm starving!" Krillin laid on the ground, "Why was I the only one slapped…"

Korin threw out three beans and said, "Here. Eat this." They looked at the beans as Korin said, "Those are Senzu beans. They will fill you up for 10 days!" The trio ate the beans and gasped, "So that's how it is!"

Korin waved a paw, "Stop making jokes and fight! Nyan!" The three looked at each other before attacking Korin quickly, flickering around the platform as Korin fought the three of them at once.

After a few hours, Korin kicked them all off the Tower to the ground.

They got up and climbed back up the tower, taking only 3 hours this time.

Korin nodded, "Faster than last time." as they attacked him again.

3 days passed

Goku got the water and the other's stopped. He chuckled as Zephyr and Krillin clapped. Korin nodded as Goku drank the water, "Huh? I don't feel different." Korin looked at him, "That's because it was just normal water. The training is fighting me for the water and climbing the tower!"

Goku looked at Zephyr and Krillin, "What about you guys?" Krillin and Zephyr looked at each other before Zephyr turned back, "How about you go first Goku? We'll catch up later." Krillin added, "We wanna continue training with Korin."

Goku smiled and nodded, "Alright, you guys! I'll see you later when I get the Dragon Balls!" The two smiled and Goku jumped down the tower.

Korin looked at Zephyr and Krillin, "Oho~ You don't want the Water?" Krillin and Zephyr got into an attack stance, "Come on, NekoNeko!" Korin's eyes twitched, "It's KORIN!" as he attacked them.
