The meeting part 1.

In a world where many believe in science, yet very few have the knowledge of the existence of vampires, Elena a young girl who just turned 20 was one of such people, having been fascinated by science ,From a young age she wanted to be a Lab technician . The pretty 5ft 7 black haired girl dreams finally came true, just one year ago.

However, her life seemed to have taken a new turn since she turned 20, which was two weeks ago, her nights are no longer peaceful, infact sleeping seems to be a luxury she can no longer afford. It has been one nightmare or the other, one monstrous creature chasing after her, or the next tormenting her dreams.

Waking up from yet another crazy dream , Elena decided to take a quick shower and head off to work. On her way to the office, she kept having the feeling that she was being watched, shaking it off. She boarded a bus and tried to keep a clear mind.

[Elena's Office].

"Is it me, or do you look like someone who hasn't slept for ages? Don't tell me you're having boy issues again, Elena! don't forget our presentation is coming up in three days' time. if you mess up the presentation, prepare for your life in this office to be a living hell. " a male colleague of hers said while staring daggers at her. Shaking her head, elena responded, " Well, good morning to you too, Gary.

The work day came to an end quite slowly, with nothing important happening. Elena feels fatigued and quite scared of sleeping because she no longer wants to experience the horrific nightmares, which seems to be the new norm in her life. She was a little bit hesitant about going home.

[**ding*ding*ding**]

Looking at her phone, it was her friend Helen calling, She picked up the phone and tried to catch up with Helen. " Elena! We never get to hang out anymore. guess what? Today's Friday, I say we go out, let loose, and be merry! What do you say? Say yes please please please, I don't wanna go out on my own....please?"

Elena sighed, knowing she had nothing better to do anyway. She agreed to meet Helen at their usual club.
