His grandfather's Ultimatum, "Her name is Jessie Walker. Make sure you get married before the end of this month. To Jessie." Din also went to Vegas to attend his friend's party. He thought he would at least have a few drinks to clear his head off. He met Jessie in Vegas and recognized she was the woman his grandfather forced him to get married to. When Jessie and Din both met, did sparks fly endlessly or was it filled with hatred?
Chapter 96
When Din noticed his grandfather waiting at the door, he stood up right away. "Granddad?" He was surprised by his grandfather's visit.
With Abby by his side, Cedric entered the house.
Din was standing with his hands behind his back as Cedric approached. Jessie must be the reason why his grandfather dropped by unexpectedly. He must have been made aware of Jessie's unexpected awakening.
After clearing his throat, Cedric took a seat in the chair. "Come on, continue with your food," he said.
Din's appetite was already gone, so he closed the plate instead of eating from it. "Grandad? Why did you visit without informing me?"
"Well, if you had answered the call, you would have understood why," he said.
Din averted his gaze from Cedric and fixed it on the desk as he took his seat. He was aware that he wouldn't hear the last of it if his grandfather already knew about Jessie.
