His grandfather's Ultimatum, "Her name is Jessie Walker. Make sure you get married before the end of this month. To Jessie." Din also went to Vegas to attend his friend's party. He thought he would at least have a few drinks to clear his head off. He met Jessie in Vegas and recognized she was the woman his grandfather forced him to get married to. Beth leaped to her feet. She was dissatisfied with everything. How much longer must she wait? How much longer must she keep up with Jessie? Or his grandfather to finally get her own happy ending? "Can't you see what he's doing to you?" When she yelled, Din looked up at her. "He's playing games with you because he hates me."
"That isn't true." Din was adamant that Beth was not the reason his grandfather was going too far with everything.
"He wants you to fall in love with her on your honeymoon. And that is his plan, babe, and that woman? Jessie! I'm very convinced she set it all up so she could have you."
Din rose to his feet and took Beth's hands in his. "My love, it's all in your head." He spoke to her calmly. "Grandfather won't stoop that low."
