Every martial soul has an innate skill depending on the rank of the martial soul. The higher the grade of the martial soul, the more useful the innate skill is.

For example, the innate skills of the [White Tiger] martial soul are [White Construction] and [White Tiger Claws]. Thus, even before adding a soul ring to the martial soul, a soul master possessing the [White Tiger] martial soul can enter a martial soul possession state and access these two skills.

When an entire clan shares one martial soul, the innate skills are the same for all members with that martial soul. A prime example is the [Seraphim] martial soul, inherited by all members of the [Qian] clan. All members who possess that martial soul also have the same innate abilities.

If a martial soul mutates during the awakening ceremony, the innate skills may vary in power depending on the type of mutation.

In the original novel, Huo Yuhao possessed powerful innate skills, indicating that his [Spirit Eyes] were exceptional from the start. However, he was too weak at the time to realize their true potential.

'Ellie, I am worried. What am I going to fight in the future for you to give me this martial soul? We are dealing with a control freak in the divine realm, not the entire divine realm,' Yuhao called out to Ellie, demanding an explanation. Ellie, being the sweet girl she is, chose to ignore him.

Infinite regeneration and predator were self-explanatory. Infinite regeneration allows for the regeneration of both material and spiritual bodies as long as enough energy exists. Predator is a unique skill that is a cheat in its own right.

He focused on the two passive skills:

[Slime Physique (Passive): A versatile physique allowing the user to control their body to a higher degree. Multiple skills and bloodlines can coexist harmoniously with this physique. The user also gains resistance to physical and spiritual attacks, as well as abnormal status effects.]

[Monster Title (Passive): Owners of this title are true monsters, gaining power by killing humans, elves, dwarves, etc. As long as it is not a monster, anything can be killed to gain more power. Monsters increase their energy reserves and physical strength by killing other life forms.]

However, not all evil soul masters are bad. A person can awaken a martial soul with [Darkness] or [Evil] attributes, but if they cultivate normally, there should be no issue. It is those who fall and practice using human lives as fuel for cultivation that deserve to be hunted down.

In this time period, a child who awakens a martial soul with [Darkness] or [Evil] attributes is often judged as an evil soul master, which is truly infuriating. A child has no control over the martial soul they awaken, and with proper guidance, they could thrive and become stronger than soul masters of similar soul power rank. Instead, they are labeled as evil soul masters and hunted down.

Yuhao sighed, shaking his head.

The moon illuminated the sky, casting a silver glow over the city. The roads and streets were empty, and the once-busy stalls were now closed. Night had arrived, allowing the people to rest.

"Hao'er, let's go to bed," she said, carrying her son to the bed. She placed him on one end, locked the door and windows, and lay beside him. Hugging him in her sleep, he snuggled close, and she smiled, hugging him tighter and covering them with the blanket, ready to enter the land of dreams.

What she failed to notice was the pink diamond that sank into her body as she drifted into sleep.

'She will now face the legacy trial. I hope she will be okay. I placed many nanobots in her body to assist her in the trial. I don't know whose trial it is, but I trust Alarion. He gave me that pink diamond as a legacy trial for my mother,' Yuhao thought as he set up the security system to keep himself and his mother safe while they slept. He closed his eyes, ready to sleep, only to find himself in a new space.

'Oh my god, can I catch a break already? I finally have a decent bed to sleep on, and now I'm in another weird space. I'm pretty sure Alarion did not resurrect himself to talk to me, so who is it this time?' Yuhao was annoyed as this was the second time this had happened to him.

He found himself in space, surrounded by brightly shining colorful stars.

"So, we finally meet, Yuhao," a soft voice echoed through the space, and Yuhao immediately became alert.

"Relax, I won't hurt you," the voice appeared again.

"Then show yourself first," Yuhao demanded.

"Okay," the voice replied.

'Is that a train horn?' Yuhao wondered, looking confused as a train appeared out of nowhere and rushed toward him.

He looked at it in confusion.

"This train looks a bit familiar," he muttered as the door finally opened, and his jaw dropped when he saw who came out.

The person who exited the train was stunning, with long white and purple hair tied in an ornate ponytail. Her eyes were bluish-purple with bright pink glowing irises shaped like a four-pointed star. She wore a purple t-shirt tied around her flat stomach and baggy black shorts.

"Hello, Yuhao. We finally meet. I waited until you were in a safe place to meet you. I am Kiana Kaslana, but you can call me Kiana," the girl spoke cheerfully, introducing herself.

Yuhao's brain short-circuited.

"I really can't catch a break, huh," he muttered, gazing at the girl in front of him.
