chapter 5: Meeting Tang San and Xiao Wu

After reaching Balak kingdom, my parents left to go find somewhere we can live in throughout my duration at Shrek.

I was walking through the streets until I found a familiar shop, it was Flanders shop. I walked in and looked around but there wasn't anything that I need in the shop I saw that the crystal Tang-san bought was not her and guessed that they already came and left. I stood behind Flander and spoke.

Xinyang: "can't I just take the exam here headmaster Flander?"

Flander bolted up and looked at me.

Flander: "looks like you did some research little guy. what's your name"

Xinyang: "Feng Xin Yang"

Flander: "I am sorry, but you need to take the test no matter how powerful you are."

Xinyang: "Alright, I will take the exam tomorrow then,"

Then I exited the building and went to Rose hotel that Tang-san and Xiao-wu were supposed to stay in.

Just when I opened the door, I heard Tang-san and Xiao-wu getting into an argument with Dai-mu-bai.

"Why are you giving my room to others." said Dai

"Ah, young master Dai" exclaimed the girl serving Tang-san and xiao-wu

"Hey, mister we came first." said Tang-san

"so what." asked Dai

"so it's ours" replayed xiao-wu as she and Tang-san engaged in a staring contest.

"Haha~ I'll get you a room right now young master. This room has been specially reserved for young master Dai." said the manager who just came in trying to solve the trouble.

"No, I want this room." said Dai.

The manager looked pleadingly at Xiao-wu and said "Dear customer, can you..."

Before he could even finish xiao-wu replied with " No way! why should we? We just reserved this room so get lost."

Dai: "oh? I'll give you a chance to get me to get lost"

Tang San: "please accept this challenge "

Dai Mubai then launched in the air and charged a punch. Tang San activated his jade phosphor palm and both fists hit each other causing a slight shock wave.

Xinyang: (This is interesting, I clearly remember this part from the first couple episodes of Douluo dalu season 1. I should just watch as to not affect the plot too much.)

Dai: "Good! You can catch my punch. You are qualified to be my opponent"

Then both of them continued to fight for about 2 minutes and Dai lost without using soul power.

Tang San: "Shall we continue?"

Dai: "of course. I lost this first exchange, how can I let it go."

Dai: "white tiger shield body"

As he said that, 3 soul rings rise from the ground. Yellow, yellow, purple. 

Tang San: "millennium soul ring!"

Xiao Wu looked shocked.

Dai: "Dai Mubai, war soul elder level 37, please advise"

Tang San: "Tang San, tool soul grandmaster level 29, please advise"

Two soul rings rise around Tang San; yellow, yellow.

Tang San: "there is no waste martial soul, only waste soul masters"

Dai: "good now show me how you use your martial soul to not be a waste."

As they continued to fight, Tang San's blue silver plant was too weak to stop Dai Mubai's physical strength after activating his martial soul and lost.

Dai: "I'll wait for you at Shrek, if you have any issues come to me"

Dai Mubai walked towards the exit of the hotel in the arms of 2 beauties.

Tang San: "How do you know we are going to Shrek"

Dai Mubai just left as if not hearing them.

Xinyang: "wow you lost bad"

Tang San: "who are you"

Xinyang: "don't mind me, I'm just passing by. I heard you guys are going to Shrek. Let's go together"

Xiao Wu: "you are going to Shrek too?"

Tang San: "but who are you"

Xinyang: "you are not going to let this go are you?"

Tang San: "..."

Xiao Wu: "..."

Xinyang: "Fine. My name is Feng Xin Yang, you can call me xinyang, or Xiao Yang."

Xiao Wu: "why are you wearing a mask?"

Tang San: "Yeah, can you show your face, that way we can trust you"

Xinyang: "No. It's too troublesome. Anyway, let's go."

Xiao Wu: "you smell familiar have we met before?"

Xinyang: "I don't think so. But I would remember meeting you"

Xinyang: "let's just go before it gets too late"

Tang San: "..."

Xiao Wu: "okay"

(I don't know where that familiar smell is coming from. It can't be him, he is too young)

Next we walked towards Shrek to take the test.
