Xiao.

Long Yuan was taken to a building that was very close to the Spirit Pagoda in Shrek City. He marveled at how huge the Tower really was and was not able to count the number of floors it had. Wong Wei smiled seeing this reaction from the kid yet again realizing that he is just a six year old who has not seen much of the world. He vowed to himself that he would not let the talent of these little monsters go to waste.

"We are not going to the Spirit Pagoda today." Wong Wei said leading Long Yuan inside the building that had a futuristic appearance to it, it was in no way small and had multiple floors.

"Go to the reception desk and ask them to give you keys to your room. Oh and before I forget here is your emblem." Wong Wei said while looking at Long Yuan. Long Yuan simply nodded in response and placed his hands forward so that he could receive the emblem.

After this short interaction, Wong Wei left Long Yuan's presence and made his way into an elevator in the building in front of him. Long Yuan looked at the emblem that he was given and noticed that it had a question mark inscribed on it and the word Elite was printed on it. He understood that this was to be worn by him and made sure to do so. Then he made his way to the reception desk of the building.

"Um.. I'm here to get keys to my room." Long Yuan said while making sure that the receptionist could see his badge.

"Oh, sure. Let me see your badge for a bit." The receptionist said while putting her hands forward. Long Yuan placed the emblem on her hand. The receptionist then entered some data about him into the system. She was able to see Long Yuan's profile and optimized the emblem and gave it back to Long Yuan.

"Always wear this Emblem. This will verify your identity here and it is also the key to your room. Also please wait in your room till further instructions." The receptionist said to Long Yuan. She told him how he had to get to his room. He basically had to go to the 2nd floor where they were provided rooms.

Long Yuan made his way to the elevator to get to the second floor. After getting onto the elevator Long Yuan took a look at the emblem. It still had the question mark but below that he could see his name printed. This is some weird tech Long Yuan thought to himself.

There were altogether ten rooms on one floor and Long Yuan was assigned the 8th room. Before he went inside his own room Long Yuan got curious and knocked on the room next to his own. He just wanted to see what his peers looked like. The door he knocked on had the number 7 written on it.

After a while the door opened slowly with a creaking sound and Long Yuan saw someone put their head out. Long Yuan wanted to leave a good impression so he introduced himself.

"Hello, I'm Long Yuan from Glorybound City. I was assigned the room next to you and just wanted to introduce myself to my neighbor." Long Yuan said in a confident manner. He believed that he was inferior to no one his age. Long Yuan had been to a lot of parties and had observed people in high society.

A boy just a few centimeters shorter than Long Yuan was intently staring at him. The boy had tattoos all over his body and long hair with green edges. He had piercings on his left ear. He was in no way inferior to Long Yuan in terms of looks. Though it was hard to believe that this was just a six year old boy.

"The name is Xiao" The boy replied to Long Yuan's introduction. After which he continued to observe Long Yuan.

'He looks like a tough person to talk to.' Long Yuan thought to himself. He is pretty good looking though. Long Yuan did not want to extend the greeting for no reason.

"Alright talk to you later. I also have to check my room out." Long Yuan said while waving towards Xiao and moving to his room. However, he was not able to figure out how to open the door. He looked at the door without any clue. Seeing this Xiao who still had to go back into his room sighed and told Long Yuan.

"Just show your emblem to the sensor that you can see on the door. It's a pretty obvious mechanism."

"Ah, I see Thanks." Long Yuan replied while smiling.

He finally was able to get into his room. Long Yuan felt like the day was too long. Too many things happened that day. He got separated from his parents. Got admitted into a new school. He also had to interact and live in a new environment from now on. Long Yuan did not let this discourage him. But the thought of his parents leaving him made him a bit sad. Though he resolved to get stronger so that no one dares to take away things precious from him in the near future. He wanted to get a hold of his own destiny. Thinking of complicated stuff like this for a while, Long Yuan lay down on his bed and his eyes closed. He fell asleep.
