chapter 2: Mecha success

Silver sat on the chair close to his study table taking a deep breath to calm his nerves before starting up a project which he had failed for multiple times, He was able to learn smithing which was forging weapon's from materials, he pulled out his drawer bringing out all the things he was going to need for the project and which Includes his forging pen , he began by drawing different rune symbols on a few metal rings of different sizes trying to use it to to draw the earth natural essence into it while trying not to infuse it into the metal , forming a tennis sized blue ball which was translucent at first before forming into a solid , this point was where he had most of his explosive failures because the ball needed to be stable

Beads of sweat formed on his brow taking his time to make the last move , he slowly began to draw out a rune symbol which had a blue color above the  nucleus ( the Blue Ball ) which caused the rings to float up , rotating around each other in an intertwined manner, after a few minutes the nucleus released a strong explosive wave and silver was already prepared beforehand diving straight for a part of the room which he knew wouldn't be affected by the impact of the explosion 

The light waves died out after a short period of time revealing a very bright and beautiful scene which was the successful project. What he created was known as a core which was used to power up things used for battle their creation was the most simple yet difficult due to how destructive they could get , the principle was simple; use the energy created from the reaction between the metal and raw essence to create another kind of energy which is used to power up the machine's but the issue lies within whether the reaction would he a calm or vigorous since every metal give out a reaction once it is exposed to essence but it is at a rate so low that it doesn't seem to exist but once exposed to a strong essence source would it then be noticed

The cores were divided into two types; weapon and Mecha type core and each are broken into three different grades; the low , mid , high grades . Each grade depends on how much power it can give out, produce and also the amount and kind of metal it contains as this mainly affect the power output

A good example was Silver's core which he made using seven different kinds of metal which was added to the reason for his excessive failure resulting in a number of explosions which made Lola angry most of the time. Silver gave out a sigh of relief seeing how the core gave out burst of energy which carved a smile on his face " congratulations on your latest break through son " Lola voice sounded behind stunning him, he jumped back and noticed her sitting on his bed with a smiling face

" When did you get in ? '' Silver asked trying to remember if he locked the door behind him while entering " I walked through the door while you were busy" Lola replied looking at his confused expression which was quite amusing " well I'm here to do something that I should have done in a long while" Lola said in a straightforward tone but silver didn't seem to be interested in it " not interested" silver replied turning back to his work turning the core off " what If I said I could help you awaken your origin ?" Lola asked causing him to freeze, even though he was angry he wouldn't be so stupid to let such an opportunity slip by " you better be telling me the truth'' silver replied turning his attention to Lola who smiled ignoring his rude behavior, bringing out a small box which had a small green gem which gave out an aura which soothe his body making him relaxed " what is this ? '' Silver asked " it's a special essence stone, it has a high probability of helping you awaken" Lola replied and as soon as he heard this he grabbed the stone greedily but nothing happened drawing a line of disappointment on his face " you dummy you can't just do it like that let me help you absolve it " lola said with a little giggle placing both of her Palm on silver back

The truth was that Lola sealed up his root preventing him from awakening when he was still very young and she was going to use the unsealing method to open his root while feeding it with the stone's essence . the process began as silver lines began to appear around him which began to seep into his body slowly continuing For a while before a strong wave of energy which shook the whole house "it is done"
