Chapter 102: Four dungeon boss

Before the battle starts B rankers strictly ordered others to kill all of the hobgoblins as all of them were the final boss.

The current Final boss was the one who was wearing the crown but after his death, another Hobgoblin takes their places and vise versa until all of them get killed.

B rankers didn't reveal this information before this because they didn't think it was necessary, naturally, if someone killed one Hobgoblin then only another decide to join unlike now All of them were involving themselves in this fight.

They pondered to understand this unusual circumstance. This was the first time both of them seeing Four Hobgoblins at the same time, it was not like this was the first raid of a D-ranked Dungeon.

previously they were raided 2 times with other heroes but they never witnessed this strange event.

" he...mine" The dagger holding hobgoblin whispered to others, After resistance, he accepted his wish before jumping into the battlefield

" they are targeting him" Ray whispered, His whispering met by a small chuckle

" He failed to assistance his enemies... Now it's their turn to attack" Voice chucked. " I want Hobgoblins blood " Voice added further

"Let's take him out of then" Ray rushed through the battlefield where that Hobgoblin was walking to Don however another one jumped in his way

" I... play...you human..."

" Human... how pathetic this weakling thinks he can take us" Voice bared but Ray shoved a calm expression.

Tyson was engaged with The Third Hobgoblin who was wielding a Bow, The Two B rankers Were focused to kill the Crowned Hobgoblin while others were engaged in battle with goblins.

The Hobgoblin stops in front of Don with a malicious smile " I ... slice you to the pieces human"

" Don't call me human" Don summoned his dagger while taking His battle stance.

The Hobgoblin was nothing different than ordinary goblins expect he was the same height as a Don but much bulkier and well equipped besides he could talk with humans.

The hobgoblin leaps at Don, Don rolls aside to avoid getting hit by his strange-looking dagger. He was faster than he as soon as he felt Don avoided his lethal blow he kicked Don in the gut pushing him few distances away.

Don felt the strength behind that attack, He had used his hands to block the kick however still that kick was powerful enough to push him this much.

" Only.. you. me "

Don realized at the movement he could not defeat him alone " I don't think so" He summoned his army beside him

Hobgoblin didn't react, He stood there looking at skeletons. Don Ordered them to do whatever it takes to kill him

The Archer skeleton shot an arrow Towards his head however the Hobgoblin slightly move his head enough to dodge the arrow. If The archer has a face like humans then he had shown us a humiliated expression on his face alas he was a skeleton

Surprisingly A white smoke erupted from his skull, Rushed at the goblin as if he had some personal grudges against him soon the swordsman and The assassin skeleton ran after him. The giant skeleton was the last one to move while dragging his heavy hammer

The equipped skeleton was stretching his hands towards the goblins. Don glanced at him before taking a look at his other soldiers

Before the archer could reach the Hobgoblin, his head got separated by Goblin and he moved to Swordsman who was behind him however hos speed was much lesser than previously when he attacked Don.

Don smirked looking at the fifth skeleton beside him before joining the battle.

" What. happening" Hobgoblin noticed that some invisible force pulling him towards the earth, But it was not enough to stop him at one place.

The skeletons were nowhere near his strength however Don was forcing him to use everything in the battle.

Don swung his dagger slicing his back with one swipe, he jumps back to a safe distance. Hobgoblin crushed skeleton skull with his bare hands before turning to Don

They both engaged in close combat, Hobgoblin was faster and had a lot stronger than Don however Dons unpredictable movement causing him to fall back at his feet.

Hobgoblin swung his dagger horizontally aiming for Don's throat, Don ducked down while avoiding his attack and before he could pull pack his dagger to attack Don stuck his dagger in the Goblins chest

Hobgoblin moments slowed down however before Don could pull his dagger out he grabbed his waist with a grin on his face

Don tried to free his hand from his deadly grip but its no use the more he tried to pull the hand back the more pain he could feel.

" Die..." Hobgoblin raised his hand to attack but he got interrupted by Arrow, Archer skeleton stabbed Arrow on his hands with making a weird face

Hobgoblins scowl with pain, Don thought that this guy was more stabber than an archer. Hobgoblin swung his hand scattering the Archer skeleton on the spot

Out of nowhere, the Skeleton who wielded two daggers jabbed both daggers through his ears, Hobgoblins stumbled Down letting go of Dons hands. Don jumps back as he Saw Giant skeleton smacked Down the Goblin

Dons dagger could be seen on his chest, he was screaming with pain attracting lots of attention from other goblins especially other Hobgoblins

Skeletons and Don was standing in the safe distance watching his every move, The Hobgoblin pulled the dagger out of his chest with a droll came out of his mouth

He was going on berserk, slapping himself punching the ground and darting his eyes on the Don.

" is this bad... " Don whispered himself but other skeletons responded with a 'hamm'. Don glace at his shoulder before focusing on the Mad goblin

Hob Goblin leaps from his position as if he was disappeared from his spot, Don couldn't able to track his movement until the skeleton used his strange abilities to slow him Down

Leaping back to vain some distance, Don parry hobGoblins blow, launching into a counterattack Don sliced his chest however Hobgoblin kept attacking Don with his claws

Don was lacking in speed compared to Hobgoblin yet he was using everything he got to eliminate the threat. Skeleton tries to help him however They were nowhere near Him in the momentum

Dust was flying around because of their rapid footwork. Goblin slashed Dons chest making him flip back to gain some distance away from him. The gash was so intense that he could feel that his claws nearly touched his heart.

Don peered his eyes at him ignoring his bleeding chest, Hobgoblin stops his moments abruptly standing still dazing at the unknown. Don took this chance at he approached the Giant skeleton

After understanding his master's motives, the giant skeleton forwarded his hammer to Don while stepping back.

Hammer was heavy but It wasn't that heavy for Don, he gripped the cold hilt of the hammer-wielding it in the air backwardly

The moment he saw goblins moments he stretched his hand to gain momentum for the attack and when the hobgoblin came within the striking distance he swung the hammer sending Hobgoblin across the battlefield.

The sound of bone cracking could be heard from a distance as Hobgoblin tried to get up but he failed he couldn't able to use the left side of his leg and hands. Don appeared beside him slicing deeply into his throat.

Portal materialized backside of the Don as every hobbling killed by the heroes. Two B rankers killed the crowned Hobgoblin while Ray and Tyson killed other Hobgoblins

The rest of the tiny monsters ran away to save their lives from the Heroes. Kevin got seriously injured like the other few heroes. Two heroes die in the last battle one was a C ranker and another was a D ranker.

Nobody talked while coming out of the portal, Agents of red roses rushed at the site of injured heroes with medics and healers by their side.

One of the healers used his magic to seal Dons deep wounds however it was not enough to heal him completely neither Don wanted to get treated by them. Medic patched up his wounds before he leaves them...
