And yet now, she bit her lip, holding in the words she had bottled up for so long, words about that missed appointment.
She couldn't possibly go to the United States right now. She had to worry about Anthony Turner's health, and she couldn't be irresponsible enough to run off to a foreign land when he wasn't fully recovered yet.
