5: The Way Of The Voice

A/N[Sorry guys I didn't give you a chapter, so here's 2 instead]

A/N[This is a rant, skip it. This has become like a therapy.

I talked about Aot last time and how it had a bad ending.

After reflecting on it I finally got it, the fault lay in Eren's weakness and the amount of love he had for Mikasa and his friends, If his love was strong he would've completed his mission, annihilating 100% of humanity outside the walls.

But he stopped because he was weak.

As a character I liked him but now I see the truth, I have been enlightened.

Mikasa marrying someone else was also his wish, fucking pussy.

If it was me instead of Eren, I would go the route - If I can't have you, then no one will be left to have you.

There were many ways to go about it, but he chickened out at the last moment.

Half-assed idiot.

Next is Oyasumi Punpun:

I just read it to get a first-hand experience of what it was after seeing the suicide pic of Aiko circulating the internet.

And I don't hate Punpun, the guy had been through a lot, and Aiko was weird from the start but a sweet girl who didn't deserve what she got.

She was the one putting the idea in Punpun's head that, "I want to be killed by you," And when they kill Aiko's mother, this idea becomes more solidified, its shown by the 'GOD' saying, "I have been waiting for this moment,"

If Aiko killed her mother because of how her mother treated her. so if he did the same she would also kill him.

And he started treating her like her mother did, abusing her on every interaction. But Aiko couldn't bring herself to kill him or even hurt him because she really did like him.

I can't say love because both of them didn't know what love was.

It was good while it lasted but she didn't deserve death, and the abuse.

Anyway, another story I read today, "Blood on the Tracks" Or "Chi no Wadachi"

I thought it was gonna have a badass Mc but I was misled by social media.

He was a fucking crybaby, I get it he was manipulated but still, have some balls, my guy, the girl confessed to him like three times and nothing came of it.

He had a choice to escape with her but chose his mother over her, and got fucked over, he also didn't get the girl or the mother.

When you have an opportunity you have to grab it by the balls and twist it in your favor.

I guess he twisted it wrong.

before the ending the girl meets him again after marrying someone and having two kids, but he doesn't talk to her and ignores her, in chapter 152 we can see her still unable to forget him, and her husband also notices it.

I hated that she didn't wait for him, but, I mean who would?

I say that, and I think if only Punpun and Aiko had never met again would that have been a better ending?

If the Punpun, Aiko met was still the boy from her childhood wouldn't they have fallen in love? Well, Goodnight Aiko.

Back to Blood on the Tracks.

The ending was bad, he started taking care of his mother who made his life hell, the same one that separated him from his love, I mean that should've been his love.

But he wanted to see his mother die on her own, so he waited until she died of old age, and then moved on living alone his whole life.

Here, I found a meme in it, and tagged it "I can't fix that," because he really couldn't.

I guess it was set from the start to have a bitter ending.

I can't say that I hated it, like Aot because this was Seinen and Aot is Shonen, Seinen almost always has a bad ending.

I get that he was 13 when it all happened, but Only IF, he could go back in time, Smh.

I think Japan has a problem, creating depressing shit, no not only Japan, Korea, and China are the same.

I read one I think it was Chinese, the fucking first chapter had the Mc's pregnant wife getting raped in front of him.

I think the author was trying to be Kintaro Miura, RIP

That's it for today

Darius and Irileth made their way inside Dragonsreach and were greeted by Proventus Avinicci, "Good, you're finally here. The Jarl's been waiting for you." He said, Darius nodded and made his way to the throne.

"You heard the summons. What else could it mean?" Balgruuf said to his brother, Hrognar.

"The Greybeards..." He contemplated.

Darius came forth standing in front of Balgruuf. Irileth moved to his side as she usually does.

He looked at Darius, "We were just talking about you. So what happened at the watchtower? Was the dragon there?" He asked.

"The watchtower was destroyed, but the dragon is dead," Darius said.

"I knew I could count on Irileth, but there must be more to it than that," He said.

Darius noticed his efforts were put to the side, and saw Irileth smirking, 'I'll let her enjoy this,' Thinking about what happened earlier.

"Yeah, there is more, I'm being summoned by the greybeards, because I'm the Dragonborn," He said, not wanting to hear his unnecessary monologues.

"So it's true. The Greybeards really were summoning you," He said.

"This hasn't happened in ... centuries, at least. Not since Tiber Septim himself was summoned when he was Talos of Atmora!" Hrognar voiced.

Darius was getting high on the praise for it only to be broken by Proventus, "Hrognar, calm yourself. What does any of this Nord nonsense have to do with our friend here? Capable as he may be, I don't see any signs of him being this, what, 'Dragonborn.'" He spoke.

'I'll show the Dragonborn to your daughter, Advisor,' Darius thought his face filled with disdain.

"We can test that here," Darius said challenging him.

Proventus taking offense, "Is that a threat?" He asked.

"Hardly, just want to prove my 'Nord nonsense,'" Darius said with a smirk.

Proventus was about to say something when Balgruuf interrupted, "Enough, Proventus, he's our honored guest," He said. If it was true that he was the Dragonborn from old legends then he would very much prefer that he stayed on his side.

Proventus quickly shut his mouth and stood straight, next to him, glancing at Darius with anger a few times, "Now. You'd better get up to High Hrothgar immediately. There's no refusing the summons of the Greybeards. It's a tremendous honor."

Darius nodded his head, "I envy you, you know. To climb the 7,000 Steps again... I made the pilgrimage once, did you know that? High Hrothgar is a very peaceful place. Very... disconnected from the troubles of this world. I wonder if the Greybeards even notice what's going on down here. They haven't seemed to care before. No matter. Go to High Hrothgar. Learn what the Greybeards can teach you."

Darius getting bored of his, sighed under his breath, and Balgruuf seemed to notice it, "Anyway, You've done a great service for me and my city, Dragonborn. By my right as Jarl, I name you Thane of Whiterun. It's the greatest honor that's within my power to grant. I assign you Lydia as a personal Housecarl, and this weapon from my armory to serve as your badge of office. I'll also notify my guards of your new title. Wouldn't want them to think you're part of the common rabble, now would we? We are honored to have you as Thane of our city, Dragonborn." He said.

Darius bowed lightly, "As I am, to be Thane of this city," He said with a straight face, Balgruuf nodded his head and turned to Proventus, "Back to Business, Proventus. We still have a city to defend," He said, "Yes, My lord," Proventus replied.

He received two rewards one being an enchanted Axe and the other a Sword.

+Axe of Whiterun

+Blade of Whiterun

He moved away from them after receiving his reward eager to meet Lydia, and Irileth ran after him, "Hey, Darius wait," She shouted.

Hearing her he stopped his footsteps and turned and she ran straight into his arms.

He embraced her tightly, she looked up catching his lips with hers, their tongues battling as the bystanders stared at them, parting their lips, "What's this?" He asked surprised by her sudden affection in public.

"Nothing just wanted to give a kiss goodbye, you're going up that mountain, be careful," She said worried for his safety even though he just defeated a dragon.

"Don't worry, I'm not going alone," He said with a smirk.

"Who are you taking with you," She asked, not remembering that he just received the title of a thane and a housecarl, Darius' smile widened wanting to tease, "Lydia," He said, as he said her name Irileth knew what he thinking. Her face contorted in anger, "You always think with your dick?" She asked.

"No, Both," He said, catching her lips before she could retort, his hand laying on her waist, bringing her closer to him in a tight hold, her breast pressing against his chest, He brought his other hand to her face caressing her cheek.

"Now, with 'what' are you thinking?" He said as he parted his lips looking at her blushing face.

She looked down hiding her red face, feeling the heat below her stomach rising, She grabbed his hand and dragged him out of the hall.

Everyone knew what they were going to do next, so they resumed what they were doing.

.

.

.

"Where are you taking me?" Darius asked knowing what she wanted, "Hey, I have to meet my beautiful housecarl," He said but didn't resist her pull.

They reached the armory, "You like to do it in this place, Huh," he commented embarrassing her even more.

"Just fuck me already," She said with furrowed eyebrows.

Darius looked at her with an amusing smile, "Your wish is my command,"
