''System show me some of the items that can be purchased from the Subsystem!''
[RaceWar Shop:
[Talents]
[Auras]
[Bloodline]
[Artifacts]
[Facilities]
There were various options within the Shop, Samuel chose talents to begin with.
[Talent Shop:
Dedication-100 Points
Fighting Instinct-100 Points
Maternal Instinct- 100 Points
….
Moon Blessed Eyes- 500 Points
Enhanced Strength- 500 Points
….
Shadow Stalker- 1000 Points
….
Necromancy- 50,000 Points
….
Cloning- 100,000 Points
….
Immortal Body- 1,000,000 Points
….
Chaos Body- 1,000,000,000 Points]
The talents went from the basic talents that Samuel often sees, all the way up to rare talents like the Chaos body! However the price is insanely high as you would expect. But Samuel was definitely greedy for the techniques like the Cloning Talent!
This is as you would expect, it gives the Dog of War the ability to produce identical clones to themselves with varying amounts of combat power depending on how long they spend on developing the clone.
Then there were talents like the Immortal Body. It is a special Physique allowing for incredibly quick absorption of Spiritual Energy, and their own physique is incomparable.
You can be reborn from a single toe or drop or blood, and even as a mortal their physique is comparable to a High Rank 1 Warrior!
As for the Chaos Body, naturally it is even more insane! But that is far far away from Samuels current range.
According to the System each kill on a Rank 1 Warrior provides 1 Point in the system, a Rank 2 Warrior provides 10, 100 for a Rank 3, 1000 for a Rank 4 and so on.
In order for Samuel to even afford the Cloning Talent it would need him to kill one hundred thousand Rank 1 Warriors from whatever race invades!
Not to mention the fact that Samuel only has close to 200 Dogs of Wars, many of them are old and unable to fight against others at the same level. Samuel estimated that there were only around 100 he would be willing to send out to fight an enemy race.
The rest will be kept inside his compound as a last line of defence.
After seeing the Talent Shop, Samuel turned his thoughts towards the Facilities option. The rest of the areas are quite self explanatory, they included various Auras like the aura of care, or bloodlines like the Phoenix one.
But the facilities option is different. Samuel doesn't even know what it means by Facilities but he soon learnt.
[Facilities Shop-
Tomb-1,000 Points
Training Room-1,000 Points
….
Fountain Of Youth- 50,000 Points
Treasury-50,000 Points
Maternity Ward- 50,000 Points
….
Tower Of Trials- 100,000 Points
Spiritual Farmyard- 100,000 Points
….
Talent Pool- 1,000,000 Points
….
Small World- 100,000,000 Points
…
Large World- 1,000,000,000 Points]
After a quick look Samuel understood. The Facilities mentioned by the system are various buildings with a lot of powerful effects that are extremely beneficial for his Dogs of War.
[Rank 1 Tomb- When a dead Rank 1 Dog of War is buried here, he can create a Spiritual Form and defend a small specified area. The Dogs of War in a Spiritual Form can no longer practice]
This Tomb immediately made Samuel excited. Although only Rank 1 Dogs of War can be buried in it, its effect is extremely powerful!
It seems cheap at 1,000 Points but its value is based on the fact that it is only a Rank 1 Tomb. And its effect is actually quite limited, based on Samuels idea of a small area; it was actually only the area around the headquarters.
Only around fifty metres around it. Of course 1,000 Points is still quite high, it's the rewards from killing 1,000 enemy Rank 1 Warriors!
And the 1,000 points Training Room allows for a 50% practice speed boost for any warriors who practice in it. But the downside is that it can only fit around a thousand Warriors at the same time.
But the other facilities were even more powerful.
[Maternity Ward- Place for Children and Mothers to recuperate after births, babies born within the Maternity Ward have a higher chance of developing a talent before the age of 1 month. Mothers who recover in the Maternity Ward have double the chance of developing the Maternal Instinct Talent. Small chance to produce Dogs of War with talents equal to a Super Summon.]
All of the effects brought by the Maternity Ward are incredibly Powerful. Mothers with the Maternal Instinct talent will raise more talented and potentially stronger children in the future.
And the chances of babies developing talents in their first month of life is also incredibly useful. Samuel has already felt the sting of his Second Generation being born, out of over 450 children born less than 50 have useful talents or any talents at all!
In Samuels opinion only 20 will be able to make any splashes in the future. The rest will all only be mediocre Rank 1 Warriors!
And although Rank 1 Warriors are respected in front of mortals, there are definitely tens of millions of Rank 1 Warriors under a single Rank B Organisation!
Of course this is in all subordinate Organisations, and including many warriors who are exploring in the Eternal Battlefield.
So the actual amount of help brought by Rank 1 Warriors in the future will be quite small. But with the Maternity ward the chances of them having talents will rise exponentially, allowing for the newer Generations to be much more powerful.
And that's not to mention the small chance of having Super Summon Talents! Those are talents comparable to Sons of Luck!
Although the baby won't have the luck or chances that the Son of Luck might have, the Talent is enough. But Samuel also noticed it doesn't specify how good the talent might be.
Samuel read many novels when he was on Earth and has naturally heard of many talents and different abilities.
And according to the Systems explanation the talents could vary from something like an unawakened Ancient Physique which would make them relatively powerful, all the way up to the ability to locate powerful treasures depending on their eyesight!
Although the Physique might be powerful temporarily the benefits from endless treasures is actually much more profitable when in the Eternal Battlefield.
This is also where the true value of the Maternity War lies.
As for the Tower of Trials it is self explanatory, Dogs of War can enter and challenge the layers. The higher up they reach the better rewards they get which are all provided by the System.
These rewards can be Spiritual Energy directly provided to the Dogs of War, Spiritual Fruits, Talents, Auras and even Bloodlines!
As for the Spiritual Farmyard, you can plant herbs and they will grow incredibly quick.
But the most important options in the Facilities Shop are definitely the Small and Large Worlds. Although their price is extremely high their value is definitely higher!
