Chapter 322

Suddenly Samuels eyes snapped towards the sky. A horrifying piercing screech rang across the entirety of BlueStar.

Everyone, from strong warriors to ordinary mortals felt their bodies heat up, then freeze, then heat up repeatedly!

Samuel watched in horror as the sky twisted. Two giant shadows appeared in the air, a giant flaming phoenix, the epitome of grace and power. Its colossal wings covered the sky as it flapped around.

But that wasn't it! A giant dragon flapped across the sky. Blades of ice formed its wings as it sprayed a mist of frost into the air.

The creatures twisted and turned, forming a spiral. Their bodies shrunk as they spiralled towards the ground.

The sky seemed to cheer in celebration. The sound of ringing bells spread out as thousands of spiritual forms of beasts appeared in the air. They bowed uniformly towards the ground.

Such a scene was enough to shock Samuel up and down! The sheer impressiveness of it was indescribable. Samuel could even see the sky having to block part of the vision out for its own safety!

Samuels eyes lost track of the dragon and phoenix as they dived into the centre of the Dragon Continent.

''Waahhh!''

But seconds later a baby's cry called out. Each cry spans the entirety of Bluestar, causing hearing loss to those that heard it.

Samuels face turned horrified!

''Those visions were actually caused by the birth of a baby?''

Even when Samuel's children had Lower-Level Physiques it wasn't qualified to cause a vision surpassing some faint Spiritual Fluctuations!

Only when Samuel gave his children Middle-Level Physiques were there small scale Visions.

But what level must this Physique be to qualify for such a shocking vision!

'Dong!' 'Dong!' 'Dong!'

Suddenly three distinct bells rang across the entire Dragon Continent. Causing all the warriors that were distracted to focus again.

Then a serious voice followed.

''Today is a glorious day! We officially welcome the birth of a Phoenix amongst women!''

''In the name of the BlueStar Government, we officially declare Viviana our new Young Miss! To one day take the position of President and to rule over BlueStar with her Peerless Physique!''

''In Celebration of this, we invite all warriors to attend a celebration at Ember City on Viviana's first birthday!''

The voice stopped, but the aftermath was still present.

''A peerless physique? A Peerless Physique! If I can absorb it…''

Somewhere deep in a hidden underground mausoleum, a crooked old man with a bent back held a vicious look in his eyes.

''Damn it why are they so lucky.''

Elsewhere in a frozen peak, a fair palace stood. A beautiful woman, looking as if she was carved with ice, held an aggressive look as she stared towards the distance.

''Celebration? That will be mighty interesting.''

A short dwarf-like man crawled out of a hole in the ground.

This vision and announcement impacted a lot of people.

The significance of a Peerless Physique is absolutely insane. It is rare for a High-Level Plane to have one! Let alone this small Middle-Level Plane.

But now the Government actually had a child with a Peerless Physique. It is destined that they will rise beyond the confines of this small BlueStar!

At the same time Samuel also distributed his orders rapidly. He dispatched 100,000 Warriors to begin finding gifts to hand to the Government.

Was this a bit extreme? Maybe. But it was by all means necessary. Because these celebrations have a typical function to them.

When a force celebrates the birth of a talented descendant, it is common for them to also recruit a lot of subordinates to grow alongside the descendant. Often this is the geniuses of weaker forces.

Samuel has no doubt that the bare minimum this time will be a Lower-Level Physique. The ability to work under someone with a Peerless Physique is a gift to anyone!

''Go! I order you to triple the amount of resources spent on the children under three. I want them to be the most talented it could possibly be. Bring me a list of all of their names.''

Samuel quickly issued orders. When forces recruit subordinates for their descendants, they pick talented children of the same age. So they can develop loyalty as they grow up.

So Samuel tried desperately to find the most talented of his children under that age.

If he can get his Children to work under Viviana, even if it is just as a servant or a guard then it is more than he could ever ask for! The scraps handed down would be enough to bring his family to another level on BlueStar!

''Family Head, here is the list you asked for.''

Quickly a list was brought to Samuel. On it were 20 different names. Each of them were children that were young enough to qualify.

However Samuels face turned slightly ugly. None of them were particularly talented. The best was a Three Inch Spiritual Root with no special Physique, and there were no Lower-Level Physiques!

''System, open up the talent shop.''

Samuels face showed a firm look. He needed to purchase some talents. His wealth has accumulated slightly and in the end he purchased twenty Physiques for his children.

18 of them received the most common Lower-Level physiques including innate strength and speed or slightly increased practice speed. But the last 2 were the ones Samuel had high hopes for.

Two of the twenty had Three Inch Spiritual Roots. In the end, Samuel bought a Physique called the Literary Genius for one, and a Socialsing Elite talent for the other.
