And the Mortals that she brought along with her followed the leaving warriors.

This left only Lily and 10 Rank 2 Warriors. Although all 10 were only Low Rank 2 they had an undeniable aura of intelligence covering them.

''Greetings Family Head.''

Suddenly Lily arrived at an absolutely colossal mansion. It's size trumping even the Empire State building in height and width!

Lily could see millions of people as the large doors were pushed open!

Desks were spread out everywhere, many with pieces of paper, books, stone tablets and thousands of scrolls!

''Ah I'm finally allowed to see the Family Government?''

Lily smirked slightly. This is her fathers secret, only the Heir is qualified to know.

As a family spread out across multiple Planes involving the livelihoods of millions, there are naturally a lot of incidents. All of this can't be managed by one person of course.

So the Family Government was created.

Here every incident and event across the Families territory is recorded. Even incidents that could potentially affect the family are noted.

There are millions of people employed in the government. Of course they are spread out across the entire mountain.

The Family Government doesn't pay attention to a person's strength. Of the people here maybe only 100,000 are actually warriors, a small percentage.

The rest are smart mortals that were found and recruited. Lily found out that her Father had been scouting schools across BlueStar for many years. Anyone who showed excellence would be brought in and trained.

So like a well oiled machine, the Family Government was constructed.

Lily also knew that within this Artificially created mountain, there is a giant set of catacombs containing all the records produced here.

Every incident down to the smallest warrior death is reported down there!

Lily climbed up a set of stairs in the centre, before arriving at a palace-like room with a small metal throne in the centre.

Like it was her birthright she took her seat on the throne and turned towards a scholarly man.

''Talk to me about the state of the family and BlueStar.''

The man began to tell Lily about some minor incidents. All of this was to familiarise Lily with the running of such a huge family.

''Family head there is one thing we noticed. After the inheritance officially ends we are not sure what to expect. Millions of warriors died this time it will surely have an effect on BlueStar.''

''We are expecting that a lot of Organisations will be without their main Rank 2 Leader. We could potentially take this chance to expand and occupy these organisations.''

Lily heard what the man said and tapped her chin.

''You're right. Send the order out, send some Rank 2 Warriors to approach the Rank E organisations that only have one Rank 2 Warrior in charge.''

''Dispatch 3,000 High Rank 1 Warriors followed by two Middle Rank 1 Warriors each. I want forces set up in every Third Tier City on BlueStar. If possible get the information about cities that we can control.''

Lily slowly released some orders.

This is the terror of Middle Rank Planes. Even the Third-Tier Cities often have a higher population than some Low-Level Planes! And the income from them is huge.

The Family are partially in control of another city as the City head right now. And even a fraction of the income brings them hundreds of millions of credits and hundreds of Spiritual Crystals in a year!

''Yes, Family Head.''

The Scholarly man bowed and walked away, only to be replaced by another man.

''Did you get what I am looking for?''

Lily spoke calmly.

''Yes, Family Head. Currently your Siblings are all busy. The ones below ten are practising hard as their parents manage their forces; there is nothing out of the ordinary.''

''But your brother Situ is taking some action. Since he married we have received news that his wife is pregnant. His forces have slowly started to encroach on the territory of a Rank E organisation.''

''It is believed that soon he will have the resources of another Rank E organisation under his control.''

''Also your sister Sarah has been running rampant on the Eternal Battlefield. She has created a mercenary army of close to fifty thousand now. It is believed that her practice is closing in on Rank 3.''

Lily heard the news and nodded. She wanted to hear the news to keep ahead of her siblings.

The government knows everything about the family, although not always certain. But she can learn a lot from it.

''How's the battle with the Abyss?''

Lily asked curiously.

''Ah, interesting news on that end. Since the players have survived the hunt a lot of powerful forces have begun to sprout up. But something seems to have happened. Two forces have been fighting violently.''

''According to reports they have seen the participation of Angels and Demons! However the spreading of the Abyss has largely been brought under control since the Players have begun to fight them.''

Lily heard this and tapped her chin. Her father had told her about the existence of the Players.

Originally they grew from Weaklings to these forces that can stand on one side! It is unbelievable.

However according to Intel there are less than Ten Million of them left, spread largely across the entire battlefield.

Of course their actual strength is probably similar to the current Lanford Family, but they have reached that level so quickly!

But if they want to reach the level of families they have a lot of work to do.

''Family Head, we have also noticed that despite the force's growing powers many of them haven't set up the framework for a successful force. It is conceivable that they will face issues in the next few centuries and be unable to create a truly powerful force.''

Lily's thoughts were interrupted by the man. And she nodded slightly.

As Players brought from a Plane unaware of the Eternal Battlefield of course they don't know what it takes to set up a force.

Even Samuel doesn't know all the things required to set up a family!

Quickly a month passed since Lily gained control over the family. In the last month Lily has really solidified her control and enjoyed the power.

Her own warriors have joined the government, guaranteeing a source of information even if she loses the position of Heir in the future.

Her soldiers received access to some of the best weapons in the treasury. Allowing her to arm 500 Warriors with a complete set of Pseudo-Artifacts led by 12 Generals in Low Mortal Artifacts.

Her plan of occupying other Organisations worked tremendously as well.
