100 Warriors in the Exterior Section of the city is actually quite reasonable. That is mostly made up of Rogue Warriors and newly created organisations that have yet to establish themselves.
However in the Interior Section of the City the forces are complex. Even though the SeaLife organisation is the most powerful one in the City, there are multiple E Rank Organisations and even Warrior Families that are comparable to a powerful Organisation!
Samuel is confident that there are thousands of Warriors in the interior section of the city.
However this all comes back to the amount of Descendants they have at this moment. Most Organisations are slowly built over hundreds of years and the chance of their children having spiritual roots are still low despite being higher than normal.
And there is no guarantee that the Children's Spiritual roots match the parents! A 2 Inch Spiritual Root Warrior might have a 1 inch spiritual root child or a 3 Inch Spiritual root child!
But this also leads to an awkward situation for the stronger Organisations, their numbers are huge but the resources they consume are even larger!
They have to pick and choose very carefully, even common herbs are difficult to be provided in plentiful amounts to all descendants. So they typically focus on those with 2 Inch Spiritual roots or higher.
After all their warriors are different to Samuels Dogs of War, the Dogs of War can theoretically live infinitely and have more room for development with various skills and combat techniques.
Whereas normal warriors, despite having an incredibly lengthy life, can't live forever. Their combat power will deteriorate as they get older and the skills they can learn is limited.
Samuel can heavily invest in his Warriors as they will always be young enough to fight and gain resources for the Organisation. And even if their Cultivation one day stagnates they can turn their attention to combat skills or purely fighting!
Therefore Samuels Investment will undoubtedly bring benefits back to Samuel.
Whereas Ordinary 1 Inch Spiritual Roots often reach a bottleneck before they even reach High Rank 1 ! Therefore it is extremely unprofitable to invest in someone like this. It's better to let them get the resources for themselves.
So the organisation will invest a majority of their wealth and profits in the 2 Inch Spiritual roots or higher.
Of course that increases the pressure on A32. But Samuel is confident that A32 can at least get in the top 10.
After all there aren't that many 2 Inch Spiritual roots, there are only 4 that Samuel is aware of. And there are 6 people including those 4 who have reached the Middle of Rank 1 that Samuel knows.
So even if there are 1 or 2 black horses then A32 should still be able to squeeze into the top 10.
And Samuel wasn't in a rush to push to the top of the list. A32 still had 5 more years of qualifications to participate in the youths competition.
And based on the pricing for a 2 Inch Spiritual Warrior, Samuel is by no means confident in collecting 1,000 Spiritual Crystals anytime soon.
Especially not with only 30 Dogs of War. His current monthly income is generally around 1 Spiritual Crystal or a few more if he's lucky or none if he's unlucky!
Of course if he sold the Artifact he would get enough Spiritual Crystals for 20 more Dogs of War but the Organisation also needs a powerful background to be able to stand.
Samuel planned to continuously reinvest in the First Generation Warriors and see how things go.
Quickly another month passed and it was finally time for the youth competition.
Over the past month another Dog of War was summoned with no talents, and another male child was born. Unfortunately this one was relatively unlucky with no special talents but it is still another child!
Currently Samuel was watching A32 gear up. With a sleek black armoured outfit built out of the skin of a small rat. He held a sleek black sword, the Pseudo Artifact Samuel got off Richard and decided to let A32 use it in the competition.
Finally A32 was ready for the competition, and with an entourage composed of A1 and 4 other figurehead warriors they headed towards the Interior Section of the City.
Of course Samuel naturally followed along with A4 as a guard.
This was the first time Samuel visited the Interior Section of the city and it was far from what he expected.
Compared to the City like atmosphere in the Exterior Section, the Interior Section was composed of solely large compounds! Except for large roads spread between the various compounds there was little else similar between the two sections.
The large compounds were blocked in by walls, some dozens of metres tall and some even reaching 50 metres tall!
Over the walls you could see large Skyscrapers mixed between small exquisite buildings quite like roman temples and ancient Pagodas.
On the walls you could see hundreds or thousands of figures walking uniformly across them. And at the entrances of the larger ones you could see robed warriors guarding the gateway.
Of course their levels were generally low, much lower than the guards at Ceilias house.
Not to mention Ceilias house was just a temporary home for her. The guards at Ceilias Dads actual home would definitely be much much larger.
But nonetheless these Organisations were definitely extremely powerful to be able to have Warriors stand guard in front of their compounds.
Samuel estimated that the smaller compounds were most likely Rank F Organisations who were handed down over a long time and finally earnt the qualifications to develop in the Inner Section, whereas the larger ones belonged to Rank E Organisations!
As for the only Rank D Organisation SeaLife, well Samuel already had an Idea of where they were.
At this moment hundreds of people were converging on the large roads and heading towards a large martial arts stadium! People rode horses, carriages, even some rare beasts were seen scattered throughout the crowd.
But regardless of their identities they all looked up in Awe at the two giant compounds behind the Martial Arts stadium.
