Chapter 16

For Rich kids Spiritual Energy is quite important.

This is because of Warrior Skills. A warrior can urge the Spiritual Power in their body and release various abilities like sword slashes or fireballs.

The only real use for Spiritual Power when your Rank 1 is for weaker Spiritual Skills that Samuel has none of, or urging Artifacts.

On the topic of Artifacts, Samuel was currently sitting on the long couch flipping the small white shield in his palm.

He could feel an icy chill permeate through his skin as he touched it, the result of touching an artifact when he has no Spiritual Power himself.

''Ah this is a Frozen Shield. I wonder how a small mercenary group got this?'' Samuel was truly curious. As soon as he touched it he recognised it.

Although Artifacts are difficult to make, they definitely aren't all unique. Many Organisations will have many people producing similar but effective Artifacts such as this Frozen Shield.

Samuel had heard of it in his books, it is produced by the IceCaps Organisation, a Warrior's organisation who only recruit people with a talent for Ice Skills.

This Frozen Shield is one of their batch produced Artifacts for their weaker members, and it can be purchased within the Organisation.

Of course this doesn't explain why or how the Small faced man got it, but it did tell Samuel that he can't take it out easily.

After all it basically implies that they killed a member of the IceCaps Organisation.

But Samuel just stored it in a large cupboard beneath the organisation and planned to take it out if they needed to use it.

As for the 7 Spiritual Crystals and the Pseudo Artifact, Samuel first absorbed the energy from 5 Spiritual Crystals and left the other two for an emergency.

And the Pseudo Artifact was stored away, and Samuel determined that he would give it as a reward or to the first Dog of War with a talent for Swordsmanship.

As for the 500 energy, he immediately drew 5 more 1 Inch Spiritual Root Warriors.

Although he could save for a 2 Inch Warrior, at most it would quickly reach the middle rank, and it would still take a couple of years to improve further.

But if he summoned 5, 1 Inch Spiritual Roots, then that would immediately be 5 Low Rank warriors and maybe some with the potential to reach the Middle Rank or even Late rank of Rank 1.

Soon 5 more figures filled the room, two young men, a young woman and one middle aged man and an Old man.

They were named A11-A15 correspondingly.

Unfortunately Samuels luck was mediocre this time, with three of them having no special talents at all.

Only one of the young men and the old man had talent.

Summary: Having lived a long full life, his experiences are much more in depth than other Dogs of war giving him a talent of teaching the younger generations . Although he should hurry up and have an heir as quickly as possible.]

This is the oldest Dog of War that had been summoned so far. Although when he breaks through to a Rank 1 warrior his life expectancy will increase to 200 years, it is still important to find him a partner quickly.

Thinking of this Samuel immediately sent out the warriors to practice and instructed the maids in the building to begin to look for a wife for A15.

But the talents really drew Samuels attention, especially A15s. This is a large improvement especially if Samuel allows him to teach the young generation to cultivate.

Unfortunately it doesn't work with any younger people; it only applies to the children born from the Dogs of War.

But that's still incredible, in the future as long as A15 teaches the Children they will all have a constant 10% bonus.

A11s ability isn't bad either, he was a suitable pick for Samuel to hand over the Pseudo Artifact to. But he had to make some sort of contribution beforehand.

Of course Samuels idea of a contribution isn't to kill an enemy, Samuel told A11 that if he can get 3 Wives with unique talents pregnant then he can have the Pseudo Artifact.

After sending off the Dogs of War to practise, Samuel began to recollect. It has been less than a year since he opened the system but he already has 15 warriors under his control!

And just as his thoughts were wandering his silence was interrupted.

''Secretary, a woman is here to see A1, but we can't contact him.'' A sweating maid rushed into his room obviously having run all the way here.

''A woman? Alright tell her I'll go and meet her.'' Samuel replied casually, he didn't really pay attention to a random visitor. After all, dozens of people show up everyday attempting to join a warriors organisation.

Soon Samuel was entering a large conference room on the second floor.

Surprisingly the woman he was meant to be meeting was currently sitting spinning on the head chair at the table.

''Sally??'' Samuel exclaimed when he saw who it was. '' What are you doing here?''

The girl was actually Sally who Samuel hadn't seen since she got him a job more than three months ago!

''Hehe I finally found you! I didn't expect you to come get a job at a Warriors Organisation. Do you know how much effort I had to spend to find you? Even your parents didn't know where to find you.''

Sally said with pure annoyance on her face, but throughout the whole conversation she kept her eyes darting around the rooms.

Even a hint of curiosity appeared on her face. When did such a warrior organisation appear and why is Samuel wrapped up in it?

At the moment she could sense 5 people practising, although none had even become a warrior yet there is no doubting the aura being absorbed. And there was even one aura radiating from a library.

And from what she learnt before coming here there are at least 5 more warriors currently not in the organisation.

Although Sally had come into contact with Organisations and Families that could wipe the Dogs of War out with just one of their butlers, that is all in the centre cities on blue star.

This Dogs of War Organisation is already a strong warrior force in this smaller city. Not to mention it has only existed for a couple of months.

Sally was definitely suspicious but she couldn't figure it out. However she was determined to protect Samuel.
