Chapter 680: Breaking In

"Are you not going to open up? This spells trouble!"

"Break it down!"

As the words fell, the sound of a heavy impact against the door echoed from outside, accompanied by a massive clang, with no one making an escape through the wooden door.

The door shattered open, as a dozen or so samurai in training uniforms stormed in, each one wielding a Japanese long saber, and they were quick on their wooden clogs, searching each house.

"Ah, what is this all about?"

A few innocent maids were discovered and, without any explanation, were promptly executed on the spot.

William Cole's face darkened, his expression instantly filled with anger, "Are they insane? Killing without even bothering to ask questions?"

Although the one who was killed was Japanese, they had died because of William, which troubled him greatly as a physician.

"Bang!"

William kicked open the door, shouting at the samurais outside, "You guys are looking for me, stop killing innocents."

"Seize them!"
