chapter 7

Roselyn's POV

Its been a month  since mom's funeral  and everyday i went to the old house to visit her after school.

Currently  Im at school and there's  a new student. And he is my desk mate.  I sat with him throughout  the  lecture  until lunch.

"Hey" he said " we sat together  for  almost  the entire  day but did not talk to each other."

"Hi, Im Roselyn Evans " i said extending  my  hand " ohh, Im Travis, Travis Lyon " he said shaking  my hand

"Great nice meeting  you , do you stay close by" i asked

" yes ,i  can walk home actually my car hasn't  arrived  with  my  driver yet so im just going to  walk" he said

" ok  where do u stay" i asked " 33 Logan street " he replied "what!" I exclaimed

"Sorry i mean do you stay there"

"Yes, i just moved in today,  i left some of my men moving  my stuff and some men digging  up  a grave in the backyard  i surely wouldn't  want some grave in my backyard "

Tears welled  up  in  my eyes " why did you do it ,why" i started  crying

" hey  ,i just bought the house  and the previous  owner  said it was okay to move it "

Without listening to  him i dialed  Bradley's  number.

He picked it  on fisrt ring " hey princess  are you okay"

" i am not okay Brad you could  have  respected  mom's  last wish and my wish why did you allow  them  to  move mom's  grave "

" ohh, in sorry baby , i wanted  it to be a surprise  since you go there every day  after  school i thought  maybe  it would  be  easier if we had it here at home" he explained "Surprise  my foot i never complained  going  there everyday"

" im sorry baby, the property  has been  sold and the owner wanted it removed, "

I didn't  wait for the rest of  his explanation  and ended  the call.

" im sorry Travis  i had no idea you are the new owner,  actually  we owned  the place " i said

"Its ok if i had known  i wouldn't  have done  it  im so sorry"

"Its ok"

"Bye"

  I started  walking down the street ,i felt someone's  eyes  watching me.

I kept walking  surprisingly  Brad came  to pick me up himself and when we got  home he showed me where the grave  was put.

I just took  a long  shower and  went  to  bed.

As i drifted  to sleep  i felt a warm arm wrap  around my  waist. I ignored it and   just slept.

Bradley's  POV

I thought of surprising Lyn but it didn't  turn out so well. After a long stressful day  i just needed to  rest and that  with her. I walked  up to our room and heard the shower running  i left and went to finish of some office work it took more than 2 hours . I went back to  our room and took a shower when i finished  i put on my pyjama  shorts  and  slept  next to her i reluctantly  wrapped my arm  around her  that way i would  sleep peacefully .

It was in the early  hours  of  the  morning  when i felt her shift and turn  more randomly which woke me up.  I got up and saw her face scowl in the moonlight.

"Beautiful. " i muttered i lowered my head and placed  a soft kiss on her soft lips  before leaving the  room.

I got to  my study room and started checking  some  emails . An outstanding  spam caught  my attention.

' I must say  you have a  pearl  Andersen, she's  a beauty. Unique  one too , I wonder how the world  would  react  when they find out the young  Heir  to  AAA .co is alive and is fucking his own 'sister '

Pictures  of  Roselyn where at the bottom  she  was  wearing  the same clothes she wore today so i assumed  they were taken  today.

A picture of her leaving  the  the car when the driver  dropped  her at school  ,another  one of her walking along the  school  corridor, another  one  ahe was having  lunch in the cafeteria, and another  one  she was  in class,and the last one she was walking down the  street  towards  the  car.

So there is someone  stalking  us, and knows a lot  about  us. I need this fixed  as early as possible.

I sat there wondering  who this could  be. He/ she obviously  knows about my survival  and that Roselyn  is  not related to  me  in any way .

I walked  back to my bedroom  it was 6am and she was sleeping  peacefully. 

"I will protect  you  with my life  and everything  I  have  princess "

I instructed  at least 7 men of my  security  team to follow  her around .

ROSELYN'S  POV

When i woke up  Brad had already  left so i got  ready for a school..

I wore a simple red dress which hugged  me  well . Shoes  shoes.

My eyes landed on the new pair of shoes Bradley bought  for me . I will wear these.

The day went well i had lunch with Travis and another  new guy in my class. He was cute and from his clothes i guessed  he loved black .

We dropped  Travis at his  house  and then Andrew the new guy dropped  me at home . Im really  suprised Brad didn't  call or ask about my whereabouts  today. Maybe he has realized  that  I  need some space .

That made me really  happy. I rushed ti the backyard  of this  huge mansion  and talked to mom before going in .

Today was a friday and we had a short day at school.  I  changed out of my clothes  and  went to get some food.

I walked into the Kitchen  and saw the maids seated having  thier  luch break.

When  I  walked in and  they all stood up and bowed their heads.

"Maam you could  have  called if you needed  anything please tell us what you need" she said

I read her badge "Lisa, and the rest of you guys its really not necessary  for you to treat  me like this. Come on ive lived all my life cleaning,  cooking  ,doing  my laundry  myself all this is not necessary  please look up" i said

"So , whats the discussion  about " i said putting  some food  on  my  plate . Their  lunch was so simple.  I sat down on one of the chairs  . Noticing  my movements  they understood  that i meant my words they relaxed and sat down and continued  eating.  We talked about random stuff  . "Maam , sir had instructed  me  to make some  lasagna  and steak  for you you should  not have eaten  this"  Lisa said

" but its food right" i said " you know what lets do this , you keep the food for dinner  and save yourselves  some resting  time. " i said  winking  at  them

" Im actually  tired of having  these fancy meals everytime  i also wanna have something  simple  and delicious  like this , you know" i said standing  up  to wash my plate

" no no dont do it we will wash the dishes " another maid said

I rolled  my  eyes  and continued  " actually  I'll  wash all the dishes  here you guys sit and just talk to me . Its so boring  around  this place ,i need-"   i froze  in my place feeling  Brad wrap his hands  around  my waist from behind me his wet lips traveling  on my neck . My breath hitched  as i dropped  the  plate in my hands " Brad what-"

" how was your day ,did you miss me because  I  missed  you  since i woke up" he said lowly.

I turned  to  face him. He didn't  stop he kept  licking  and biting  my neck.

" mmhhh , brad they are watching  please stop"  he stopped and looked up . Waved his hand dismissing  the  maids." They are gone can i carry on now" before  i could  reply  he lowered  his head and started  kissing  me  passionately.
