Dear Diary,

This is might be going to be fast, but today seemed to be my lucky day. A few staff members have been alerted by someone making a containment breach and that one might be an SCP called somehow number 049 or Plague Doctor, he called one of the staff members who were close at my cell door a few hours ago. All of the staff members are going there to try and stop the SCP, while I and my friend from the cell next to me, are going to run away.

Dr. [REDACTED] Report

The woman who was infected with the parasite, known as SCP-150, has been caught by two MTF and shot immediately. And the guy who was escaping with was also killed. And was also killed her colleague, who was close to escaping Site-42. The MTF class has taken their bodies somewhere else and burned them because they were infected with a parasite who has could cause a threat to the world as he did in [REDACTED] which was involved [REDACTED].

But thanks to her help writing on the journal while she was contained, now we got some ideas about this SCP. There is not much information, but with the journal, we achieved a step forward to exterminate this SCP once and for all.
