He grew up!

"Where are you going, my dear Aiyana?"

As she paused aside the tunnel's wooden cover, someone was already inside it.

Istas immediately grabbed her and pulled them behind himself. The figure jumped up and laughed maniacally at the people in front of him. His long fangs came in sight as he laughed and fresh blood was dripping down from them. Aiyana hid her son's eyes with her hand. They were used to watching the dreadful sight of their tribe members kidnapped or killed by these ruthless creatures but her son was too young for this brutality.

"Don't you dare come near my family?" Istas threatened him as he grabbed his bow laying nearby.

"Try it," The figure in front of them laughed again and popped his chest outside mockingly as if he was presenting himself for the arrow.

Istas shot the arrow without wasting a moment but the creature's long fingers moved swiftly. The arrow moved upwards, changed its direction, and came back flying to Istas.
