Chapter One

"What happened here, is like the world came crushing down on them" said a priest as he walks down the the valley. As he walks down the valley he saw an unusual being on the the road " [is that a human being?]". When he realized it wasn't a human being a bright light illuminated, "my eye...".

A voice from the light said

"This was a fight between demons and demon Hunters, they did their best to seal the demon Lord from destroying the world now is your turn to make sure that seal remain closed forever this is your mission, one last thing this is a prophecy one Hunter from the Hunter core will be destine to destroy the demon Lord".

Then the light disappeared, so the man set out to revive the demon Hunter core and search for the child of prophecy.

Years later

Years pass by when the priest received the message to find the child of prophecy and the demon Hunter core.

"Leo go get some more firewood" said a priest in charge of a church in the forsaken village, jiri.

"Yes, father".

"Oh Leo you are the light of this of this village, you must join the demon Hunters core".

"Father, what is the demon Hunters core?".

"Well they are the knights of the goddess Sheena who learnt how to harness cosmic the power of the star, so become of this goddess Sheena blessed humanity with cosmic so now the world is full of cosmic power".

"Awesome so there is cosmic in the world" said a voice behind the priest.

"Oh, Riv are you done training" said Leo.

"Well ten months from now a letter will come for those who will be joining the demon Hunters core. But there will be a test a training test but you will need artifact to control your cosmic power. Six months from now you will receive your artifact for you to choose from" said the priest in deep fear.

Six months later

Six months pass by for the competitors to receive their artifact, as a strange man walks down the path wearing a weed hat in a hot hitting sun to deliver artifact to those competing in the training test, as he reaches his first destination at the church in the forsaken village he knocs on the door saying

"I'm here to deliver these artifact to Leo and Riv". Leo went to the door to welcome the man.

"Hello I'm Leo please come..." He didn't finish talking when he got interrupted by the man.

"These artifact were created by the first demon Hunters, who got blessed with cosmic power by the goddess Sheena". As Leo tried to welcome the man inside the church he still continued to be boastful,

"These artifact help the owner to harness their cosmic power for them to be able to use them". Leo still tried to welcome the man into the church but didn't listen.

"I'm trying to make a point here!".

"Is Leo going to be okay?"said Riv.

"Hmmm there he goes again not listening to anyone" said the priest. When he entered the church he showed Leo and Riv their artifact.

"Leo and Riv artifact are a book and sword the is for Leo and the sword is for Riv". Both boys pick up their artifact Leo's artifact turn green.

"Wow this is the first time any artifact turns green" said the man.

"W-why is it bad" faltered Leo.

"No not everyone has that power and green isn't bad" said the man

"Amazing is my turn" exclaim Riv. When Riv picked up the sword it started to crack.

"Huh you must be the competitor with low cosmic power" said the man

"Then Riv will not participate in the training test" sighted the priest.

When he heard that he run out of the church into the forest, when he is disappointed he goes there to train to clear his mind since he is the only human on Earth with low cosmic power.

"996, 997, 998, 999... 1000" said Riv doing push-ups. As he was training in the forest he had a scream from the forest so he rushed towards it to see who was that when he got there it was one of his friends in the next village.

"Is Remona, what happened?".

"L-look".

"It's a demon! HEY!" The demon turned and looked at him.

"[It killed those people] you are going to die!".

"What. You kill me you'll end up like those people. Now let see if taste good".

"Remona hide".

The demon yelled then jumped from where he was to Riv and gave him a scare. As the demon leaked the blood he said,

"You don't even have enough cosmic power for you to teats good".

"Yeah what if I don't have cosmic power am still going to kick your a**, cause protecting the people I love is all the power I need to defeat you!".

When he said these words dark clouds covered the sky followed by lightning and thunder, then a lightning struck the ground providing a sword for Riv.

"What you don' have enough cosmic power, so why?!". Riv picked up the sword, guarded speed at his feet released it letting him move fast to slay the demon as he got closer he repeated what he said

"Protecting the people I love is all the power I need...!" He lefted up the sword and cut the demon in two the demon started yelling.

"See I told you I'll kill you".

Riv walked home bleeding, as he got to the church in he knocked on the door and collapsed in front of the church, Leo went and get the door to see who was that when he saw Riv, he rushed him inside and called the priest when the priest came and saw him he started to heal him Riv said

"See I'm not a failure and I defeated a demon".

"He is telling the truth" said a voice from behind. They both turn to see who was that.

"Oh it's you Remona, what are you doing here?"said the priest.

"My dad was killed by the demon Riv killed I'm here to thank him" said Remona. Remona walked towards Riv and gave him a kiss on the cheek.
