Destiny Chapter 1: Troubled beginnings

As he wakes up from his sleep he sees the sun. He begins to wake up and goes to brush his teeth. "I am HAGOROMO MOTSUSUKI!!", he shouts. Then he hears a knocking on the door. He opens the door to see a band of trouble makers trynna steal money. They get ready to strike... Then Hagoromo pulls out... his DESTINY MARK! Pulls his hand, makes an orb, he strikes with the power of 10 gods and kills the thugs. He goes back into his house to make breakfast like nothing happened. Then he hears a knock on the door again. He gets an orb ready and opens the door. But it wasn't thieves this time, it was the mayor. He says "Hagoromo get ready, we got buisness to handle." Hagoromo got ready and went with the mayor and his soldiers. They went to the city park and saw many tragedies. But then they saw the phantom...

Basically the phantom is a group of villains looking for people that have the "destiny mark". The destiny mark is a mark that all gods have. If a human has it then the God has either transfered their power or just died and the power got stolen. For example, Hagoromo has inherited the spirit and power of "Shushin", the king of the gods. The phantom seek these powers to revive "Jaakuna", the god of chaos, evil and destruction and the rival of Shushin. If the phantom get the powers of the destiny mark holders and revive Jaakuna then the world will be massacred.
