Chapter 50: Righteous anger

"black hole? You have a -"faro could not finish his sentence as Scarface cut him off

"Esther mother of the night , queen of the shadows , bearer of the true darkness ! Are you impressed now?" Scarface introduced the woman with a smile on his face after noticing the change in Faro's expression

"Hort shut up and focus" Esther snapped

Faro shook his head with a smile and his hands started forming seals " it's been a while since I have come across a person with a darkness elemental soul, very tough opponents I must say but you forget darkness element is not that rare of an element to begin with ." He finished his hand seals 

" Holt get back" Esther screamed as she retreated a couple of yards away in a blink of an eye and right where they were standing before the ground split in half Immediately after they retreated 

"You see, you can steal my breath but can you steal the breath of the universe? Can your black hole devour the breath all around you ? The answer is no because that spell also needs the breath to sustain it , so let's see how well you can deal with me doom generals , earth scape: deserted kingdom " a cloud of sand covered them all and pillars rose from the ground , houses and buildings made from mud brick and wood appeared all around them when the cloud passed by and the sky was no longer there instead a dome of sand covered the whole deserted kingdom 

"Sand guardians awaken" Faro touched the ground and directed the breath of the universe into the ground , From the ground four gigantic beings of sand took form from the ground up . Even though they were all made from sand they had distinct facial features apart from their yellow eyes and they all had different weapons , a spear , halberd , axe and gauntlets all of these weapons were made out of a black metal like the one that had fought the other doom general in the desert.

" Holt don't be too reckless , let's go " Esther and holt disappeared and Esther appeared infront of faro with a hand full of dark breath reaching for Faro's face , and holt appeared as a red streak striking one of the sand guardians in the head causing the ground to rumble as the guardian fell down with a huge thud , the other three guardians quickly attached him simultaneously from three different sides 

"Bloodrain " holt pointed at the sky and red clouds formed within the sand dome, the clouds were crackling with red lightning flashing ...

" Stephen you should rest now ." June pushed him gently back to bed 

"I know but what happened with seb-.... Catalina? Didn't she say that cirdec might have saw her help me escape?" He asked 

"Well she-" 

"I went back to the republic and cirdec acted like he didn't see me that day so I simply played along , and now I know what the Esteemed Republic has planned for the revolution but if I'm being honest I'd probably say that his so called plan was to use me to give you guys wrong information which will cost you a lot " Catalina cut off June who was about to speak , appearing by the door she looked straight at Timothy who met her gaze with complicated feelings 

"So what do you think we should June?" He turned to look at June who could clearly sense the tension between the two 

"What is going on between you guys?" June asked with concerned, seeing that whatever happened between the two was bad

"Ask your boyfriend who is acting like a child ." Catalina answered her gave fixed on timothy 

"..." Timothy looked away in response 

" I need time alone" he said without looking at them 

"Fine if that is what you need , call for me when you want something" June turned around and left leaving Catalina leaning on the wall staring at him 

"I'm not going anywhere until you say what's on your mind ..." Catalina paused for a little bit looking at the floor 

"You locked me out of your thoughts? When did you learn that?" She looks back up at him 

"Just go away " Timothy turned on his side and he looked away from her , Catalina rolled her eyes wanting to taunt him him for being a child but then it struck her that Timothy was still a fifteen year old boy 

"Look I'm not going to apologize to you for anything , you may sulk all you want I do not care. Just stop acting like an idiot Infront of them or else you will have them suspicious " Catalina left the room after saying that , Timothy felt hurt from her words because he had thought that they were starting to form a type of bond but Sebrina proved him wrong 

Eventually the body's need for sleep got the best of him and he fell into dream's sweet embrace ....

"Elder brother.... they hurt me *sobs* they tainted me ..*sobs heavily* I just want to forget it all, if only there was a way for me to forget it all " moraine's crying woke him up from his sleep , his eyes looked aroundonly to find the little girl sitted on a chiar beside him with her head down as tears continued to fall from her eyes 

Timothy didn't know what to do and he did the only thing he could think , moraine felt a hand brush hair and she Sobbrd even harder releasing all of her pantup emotions

" I'm sorry I couldn't save you sooner , I really don understand a lot of things right now and my head is is a state of turmoil not knowing what to do and who am I , it's all just weighing hard on me but that is no excuse for not saving you sooner ... I'm sorry" Timothy spoke what's in his heart even though he twisted the truth a little bit but most of what he said was true 

"It's not your fault I'm the one who should have listened to you when you told me to stay put but I couldn't they were wabout to kill a child and when I tried to rescue the child they caught me and still killed him Infront me , I still see his face his innocent little face that was pleading for mercy as tears tears fell down his eyes but they didn't care and they slit his..." Moraine cried harder her body trembling as she relived her traumatic experience

Righteous anger was boiling inside Timothy as he listened to her story and the lights flickered on and off before exploding one by one as a dense aetheric aura spread out from Timothy's body extending throughout the whole base waking up the two sleeping women as they felt the heavy aura in their sleep . 

"Steph!" Moraine cried out at Timothy who was now floating in midair , his eyes and body covered in aetheric flames .

June and Catalina arrived at Timothy's room and before they could ask what's happening they saw Timothy floating midair and the aether all around him seemed to obey him as it lifted him in the air 

"What is-" June couldn't finish her sentence before
