Winda volunteered two days after Dirga left for Malaysia. She and her four medical colleagues from the Kencana Medika hospital went straight to the field. They help care for disaster victims along with medical colleagues from other hospitals. Everyone mingle with each other, please help even if you don't know each other.
Volunteers must be ready in any circumstances even though they are limited. Not only limited public facilities but also difficult access to evacuation roads. Winda had slipped several times while helping rescue victims. Finally, Ari gave directions to his three female colleagues to get ready in the medical tent. Meanwhile, Ari and his male colleagues helped others to the disaster area.
"Gosh, Nda. I just volunteered this time and it's this hard" said nurse Tyas, Winda's junior.
"We never know what we will face in a disaster area. Therefore, we must always be ready," Winda explained.
