Chapter 16. Disappointed

Ari woke up from his sleep, his arm tingling like a heavy object crushed him. Ari turned to the side, it deserved to be heavy, Jesika fell asleep beside him and used Ari's arm as her pillow. If you sleep well, it looks like he is too tired.

Ari took the cellphone and wrote a message for Winda. Chance, Jesika hasn't woken up from her sleep yet.

"[Honey, I'll pick you up tonight? We'll have dinner together.]" The contents of Ari's message.

As soon as she stretched, she opened his eyes slowly. Ari was up first. He is playing with his cell phone.

"Honey, are you awake? Why don't you wake me up too?" said Jesika spoiled as she hugged Ari who sat behind him.

Ari immediately put his cell phone nervously on the table next to the bed, afraid that Jesika would see. But too late, Jesika realized that.

"Why? Who are you calling? Where's your cell phone?" Jesika started interrogating.

"Uhm, it was from my brother, he asked for more money but I just used the money to pay rent for this house." Ari looks for an excuse with an agitated voice to get Jesika's attention.

"Calm down dear, later use my money first."

"Thanks, dear, you are the best," Ari turned around to kiss Jesika's forehead.

After Jesika came home, Ari looked at his cellphone again. There was no answer from Winda yet, so she decided to contact him.

Winda is on her way home, she feels tired coming home in the afternoon. Winda looked at the clock on her cellphone, at 05.30 p.m.

The cellphone rings when Winda will put it back in the bag. Winda saw a call from Ari.

"Hello" answered Winda flatly.

"What are you doing? Why don't you reply to my message? Are you doing something that I don't like?" asked Ari in succession, he was always suspicious of Winda if it was difficult to contact or did not respond to his message.

"Earlier I was still busy at work because suddenly my patient was injured. Sorry, I haven't read your message," Winda explained patiently.

"Next time, don't be like that, you also have to pay attention to your boyfriend. I'll pick you up tonight," Ari was silent for a moment, he remembered something, his car was still parked in the hospital. "Um, later you come to my house, we'll eat at home."

"But today I'm very tired, now I'm still on my way home" Winda answered with no enthusiasm, she was really tired.

"Then just go home now, I'm waiting" Ari closed his cell phone without giving Winda a chance to answer. His words were an order that must be carried out immediately.

Winda took a deep breath, she wanted to go home without obeying Ari's request. However, then his cellphone rang again, there was a message from Ari. Ari threatens to come to Winda's house to make a fuss like a crazy person who is missing her lover if Winda doesn't come to her house right now.

"Like a child, you punk!" complained Winda.

Finally, Winda turned around to go to Ari's house, she just didn't want to make her mother worry if Ari suddenly came to her house and made a fuss. Winda has no choice.

Ari welcomed Winda at the door of her house, Ari hugged Winda while whispering affectionate words and then invited Winda into the house to have a meal together. Ari has ordered food by delivery order, they both eat together. After finishing eating, Winda washed the dirty dishes and sat back in the TV room chatting with Ari.

"Honey, this morning when you came home from work who were you picked up by?" asked Winda.

Ari got nervous but he got over it right away. "You see I love? Why don't you call me?" asked Ari carefully.

"No, not me but Intan who saw you, she told me if you were picked up by a woman. Did your cousin Vindri come here? This afternoon I was here but you haven't come home yet," said Winda.

"Yes, Vindri picked me up this morning," laughed Ari who was forced, he was a little nervous about answering Winda's question.

Ari then changed the topic of conversation because he was afraid that if Winda asked too many questions, he might find out. However, Ari still likes Winda, because in the past it was not easy for Ari to get Winda and for Ari, Winda is a woman who has a uniqueness that makes him comfortable.

Ari got closer to Winda, he tried to take advantage of the opportunity, Ari kissed Winda's lips with passion and Winda slowly replied. Over time, Ari's hands began to explore downwards. Winda immediately stopped Ari's hand from crossing the safe limit, but Ari insisted a little, he began to be controlled by his lust. Winda can't take it anymore.

Winda slapped Ari's left cheek firmly, leaving a red mark on his cheek. Winda immediately retreated, she took the bag and prepared to go out of the house.

"Stop! Why are you slapping me? Isn't it natural for lovers to do something like that? And again we have been together for a long time" shouted Ari with anger because he was slapped, he felt his pride was trampled because he received a rejection.

How could Winda refuse it? Meanwhile, Jesika was happy to give him what he wanted.

"What? It is natural for you to say? For me, a relationship and time cannot be used as a benchmark or an excuse to do indecent things like that" Winda walked out, before leaving the door Winda looked back, "I'm disappointed!" said Winda with a sad look.

Winda immediately left the house as quickly as possible. "Hah! I never thought that was what he had in mind" Winda grumbled with disappointment.

I think that all this time we've been together, he knows very well what I always protect and maintain. If he really loves me not out of lust, then he will get everything I have, when I legally belong completely to him. I am very disappointed! Winda said to herself.

When Winda arrived home, she hurriedly cleaned herself and lay on her bed. Winda was disappointed, it turned out that the man she was trying to keep was behaving the same as the perverted men out there.

Winda then prayed to the Creator to give him directions, if indeed he is the best to defend it, but if according to God he is not good for him then stay away.

A moment later there was an incoming message.

"[Tomorrow come early, I need a lot of your help.]" The message from Luis.

"Okay," Winda replied.

Winda put her cellphone on the table, and lay down and closed her eyes until she finally fell asleep.

The next day at 06.30 a.m. Winda arrived at the Adijaya family's residence. Winda immediately entered Luis's room. Luis is still asleep on his bed, Winda comes closer to make sure Luis is still sleeping or not? His eyes were still closed. Winda smiled observing Luis's face, the baby's face she had while sleeping was so cute. While Winda was observing Luis, he suddenly woke up.

"Are you satisfied looking at him?" asked Luis with a charming smile.

Winda stuttered feeling embarrassed because she was caught watching his. Luis laughed a little at Winda's expression.

"This isn't your first time doing that. Why? Are you getting interested in me?" Luis smiled seductively.

"Ehmm, that ..."

Winda blushed even more at Luis's question. In her heart, Winda cursed herself so carelessly stole a glance at her patient.
