#Chapter17
Confession
/"Let's go!/" I hissed in his ear. For some reason I felt really pissed off at him.
/"Who is she?/" The receptionist asked Nate as she eyed me icily.
/"Uhh . . . he's my brother!/" I blurted, desperate to come up with an explanation. I mentally face-palmed myself as soon as the words left my mouth.
He wasn't my brother, not the very least.
Why am I so stupid?
Nate gave me a glare, /"I'm not your brother!/" He spat out.
I rolled her eyes at him, /"Whatever, we're leaving./" I declared.
/"You'll be here for your appointment tomorrow then?/" The woman asked Nate hopefully making me scowl at her.
/"I don't think I need it anymore, talking to you made me feel a whole lot better./" He answered with a wink.
I think I'm going to throw up now.
/"Okay, but take my number at least./" She said, clearly smitten by him.
