Keeping company

On hearing the words of Levi, the men at the side of Loretta quickly rushed at Levi, the first person to get close to him, quickly throw a punch intending to hit his face, but Levi dodge it just by tilting his head to one side.

Dodging the attack, he quickly kicked the man that attack him, sending him flying and hitting his fellows.

With one attack from Levi, about three people have been knocked out, the others on seeing what have happened to their members, they immediately surrounded Levi so he won't be able to do the same thing.

The moment the one at his back make a move, Levi turned to him and gave a powerful kick making him unconscious, the others wasn't able to land a strike before they were all knocked out cold.

"What were we saying before these guys interrupted, yes now I remember, you were talking about something like revenge, please humor me on how you want to get your revenge" said Levi coldly.

Loretta was so angry that she didn't even know what to say to Levi, the butler was just standing by the side as he watched the interaction between Levi and the girl.

"Robert, please throw all this garbage out of my mansion" said Levi to his butler.

"Understood" said Robert as he quickly started carrying the men outside, it didn't take him four minutes before he finished all of them outside the gate.

"What are you still waiting for lady, your people are outside already, or do you want me to call the cops so they can help you out of my house?" asked Levi.

"This wouldn't be the last of me Levi, I will make you pay" said Loretta.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah, you have said that already z now that you know my house, it would be a lot easier for you, now leave" said Levi as he walked back inside.

With anger clearly visible on her face, she walked out of the compound and get into her care before driving off.

"Loretta, what's wrong, why is your face like that?" asked her dad the moment she walked inside.

"Dad, it's the guy I told you about yesterday, I wasn't able to get my revenge but instead I was insulted and humiliated" said Loretta.

"What!!, how dare him, what happened?, didn't you take some of my men with you before leaving?" asked her dad.

"I did dad, he was able to beat all of them without any difficulties, nor of them were even able to land a strike on him" said Loretta.

"How come?" was the short words that managed to come out of the mouth of her father.

"Dad please handle it, you have to do something" said Loretta.

"It's okay Loretta, I'm going to handle it as your father and not as the mayor of this city, which means I'm ready to use some unlawful activities and get my hands dirty so as to pay him back at all cost" said James, but his words at the end was merely a whisper to himself.

After the incident with Loretta, Levi walked back inside with a non caring attitude, he walked straight to the bathroom so as to get himself washed up from the little action he did not too long ago.

Levi was well know as a completely clean freak, seeing a spec of dirt was like a big crime to his eyes. This information was well known to everyone working in the mansion, so they wouldn't make the mistake of leaving somewhere dirty or forgetting to put everything in order.

After taking his bath and having a change of clothes, he pick up some documents and started looking into it.

Around 10:00 at night, he took his car and drove out of the mansion, staying at home all day was a boring feat even though it has almost gotten used to him.

'Why can't I go to the other realm, is it that I'm losing some of my powers or perhaps it has something to do with him' said Levi in his mind as he hold the steering wheel with much force.

On freeing his hand from the wheel, the shape of his hand was deeply imprinted on it.

Seeing a bar close by, he stop his car and park it by the side before walking inside the bar. Getting inside, he walked straight to the front desk where he could see a bartender who wasn't occupy like the others, he sat down and order for the most expensive liquor present in the bar.

On feeling the taste of the alcohol, his angry mind was finally able to calm down a little, although the taste of alcohol wasn't having any effect on him, he just feel like pretending it does.

'Forgetting everything is better than trying to fix it' said Levi as he take a big gulp off the bottle.

His mind that was pretending to be calm quickly change when he saw someone not too far from him.

"Well isn't this a small world" said Levi the moment he walked to meet the person who was three seat away from him.

On hearing the words, the person turned to look at who have just approached her.

"You!!" exclaimed the person as she pointed her finger towards him.

"What, cat got your tongue?" asked Levi as one side of his lip curl up into a smile.

"Why do you have to show up here to continue ruining my mood, haven't you ruin my day already" said Loretta as she angrily look at him.

"I wasn't the one that went out looking for trouble" replied Levi.

"Just leave me alone, you will pay for everything you have done to me" said Loretta as she gulp the whole liquor in her cup.

"Isn't it lonely drinking all by yourself, don't worry I will keep you company" said Levi as he sat on the seat next to her.
