The next day came by in a flash, and it was already almost time for her audition. Gilbert returned earlier that morning to see her off before returning to the hospital to stay with Mr Grayson.

"Gilbert, how is Mr Grayson doing?" Brooke asked nervously, she had decided not to think of other things but couldn't help wanting to ask about him anyways.

The audition was in two hours and her driver was just finished loading her wheelchair into the back. Hannah had gone to her bedroom to quickly grab a makeup kit, to touch up Brooke's makeup right before the audition.

Gilbert smiled naturally, "The doctors say that he's made a speedy recovery, he'll wake up in just a few hours."

"Really?" Her eyes lit up.

"Yes, that's why I want to be at the hospital when he does. I'm sure Mr Grayson will hound me over your well-being the moment he wakes up." He informed her.

Brooke's cheeks flushed, "You're teasing me aren't you?"
