Ch.1 The World is Counting on You

Percy's POV-

It was the summer after saving the world, the second time, your welcome. My friends and I were sitting on the beach at Camp Half-Blood. Annabeth, Jason, Frank, Hazel, Piper, and I goofed off all day, trying to get rid of all the stress that came with having to save the world. When we all wore each other out, we just sat on the beach watching the waves crash on the shore. It was nice being all together like this, it has been a while since we have been able to hang out. The summer after the war we all split up, everyone wanted to be in a different place, the closest we have been in a while was when we called each other. Leo still couldn't make it, he still prefers to be wherever he is, than to spend time with us. It was something about him being too busy trying to save his girlfriend from an enchanted island. Now that I think of it, is that the same island that I got stuck on? Holy crap, is Leo dating Calypso. Oh that means he was telling the truth, huh, and we were all teasing him for it. Honestly I would have never guessed, don't they only send the best of the best heroes, I mean not to brag or anything. How would Leo get there, his little scrawny ass could never.

Annabeth turned to look at me, her grey eyes flashing something underneath them. She started cuddling up closer to me. I held her closer to me, the nightly breeze from the ocean keeping us cool on this summer night.

All of the sudden The twins Travis and Connor ran up to us, well, they aren't really twins but they look identical so it's just easier. Their sweaty and out of shape bodies were huffing and puffing could barely get their words out. I don't know how to survive this camp while being so out of shape, Clarisse could easily kick their ass. Annabeth and I are used to them popping in out of nowhere, we hang out with them more now since all our friends left us, they are actually cool, annoying, but fun.

"What do you want?" I asked.

"Chiron wants you guys." One of them answered, notice even after hanging out with them for a while we still can't figure out which is which.

"Why?" Piper asked the question that was floating through all of our minds.

"He didn't go into specifics, it has something to do about a prophecy, or something like that." They answered at the same time. I groaned and got up, don't we ever get a break. Every time we finish a prophecy, there is another waiting for us. Do the gods enjoy seeing us suffer? There was a thunderclap out of nowhere that got taken as an answer. Annabeth tugged at my arm, intertwining our fingers as everyone started following my lead. It was a quick trip to the big house, on our way there we met up with Nico, Thalia, and Reyna. The eleven of us stood in front of the Big House waiting to see what it was that Chiron wanted from us.

"Thalia, what are you doing here?" Annabeth asked the girl with electric blue highlights.

"Well I got kicked out of the hunt. Artemis then told me I was needed somewhere else. Apollo came to pick me up and here I am."

"They finally get tired of you?" I joked, "Also, how was the ride with Apollo?'' She just shook her head and mumbled something under her breath. At that moment Chiron came in and everyone turned to look at him.

"What do you need us for? Is it something about a prophecy." Annabeth asked.

"Well, no, not exactly." When he said that everyone took a breath, a sign of relief that went through all of us. "But, I do need you guys to do me this favor. One of my old friends had doubts on how this world was going to go down in the future. I received this letter explaining to me about his death and what he thought was going to happen. He asked me to get a team together and send them to his school, where a team that he has created would meet you. Now the other team doesn't know anything about this yet so I need you guys to keep it a secret. Hopefully nothing happens and your combined forces won't be necessary, but we can never be too careful. As a cover up story you guys are going to be American Exchange students, you just transferred so you can get a change of scenery and a better education. The school you will be going to is called Hogwarts and it is found in Scotland. Percy, Annabeth, Frank, Hazel, Jason, Piper, Stoll twins, Nico, Reyna, and Thalia, you will all be going to London tomorrow where Leo will meet you. So on that note you guys feel free to ask questions and start packing." He explained to us.

"Who would call a school Hogwarts, and who in their right mind would go there.?" Frank asked, thinking out loud.

"It is a school of Witchcraft and Wizardry, and it is important to make alliances with the wizards in case another war comes, so don't mess it up."

Everyone stiffened up at his words. Wizards...wait wizards are real? You know, not Hecate's kids but real wizards, that aren't demigods. I always thought that they were just myths, just like werewolves and zombies.

"Chiron, how will we be able to blend in as wizards if we know no magic?" Annabeth asked, you see important questions, this is why we need her on our team.

Chiron then explained everything we needed to know about magic and wizards and Hogwarts and everything else we had to know. He told us that tomorrow before we are to leave, Hecate will come to bless us with her magic. He then dismissed us to go and pack and say our goodbyes. Annabeth and I went straight to my cabin since Annabeth kept most of her stuff in there anyways, and she was also able to help me pack.
