Chapter 50: Cured
After Sia left, Sylvia attempted to exit the room and join in but was stopped by the runes placed in the room. It seemed Sia had expected this and placed some restrictions on the room.
Sylvia carefully observed the runes and slowly attempted to decipher them. She had extensive knowledge and experience regarding runes.
After nearly a day of intense concentration, she successfully broke through the restrictions and exited the room.
What awaited her was a half-destroyed City with countless dead bodies scattered through the path.
"Uhh… I was too late," she whined glancing at the dead bodies.
Sylvia felt a bit sad knowing that she might have reduced some of the casualties if she had participated in the battle.
She cleared her sad thoughts and hurriedly arrived before the injured elves. Some had slight injuries while others were severely injured so, she quietly healed their wounds.
