Should we be calling your mate in now! We wouldn't want him missing the birth now would we.

 "I've mind linked him a couple of minute ago. He will be reporting over to Alpha Mic... *stops grunting as another contraction hits her mid sentence.*

Wait a minute he works with Michael? 

"Yes he's an Elite guard Under Alpha Mich... *Takes a couple of deep breaths to calm down through the contraction that hits.* Alpha Michael are you familiarize with him?"

No..No well Yes kind of I'm living at his house with Emma and well with him as well for the time being that is.

"You did Seem familiar to me like I've seen you before. Your presence is quite comforting in a way you were at the Elite guard Ceremony last week I kind of remember seeing you there! I wasn't sure about it sorry about that I've got the worst case of pregnancy brain I'd forget my name if it weren't for the fact that Kenny keeps calling me every other hour or every 30 minutes if he has the chance."

Do you want me to call any body else in for the time being?

"My mother in law will be arriving in any minute now. She didn't want to mis the birth of her first grand child and she's bringing my sister in law with her and since my parents are in another pack. They have to travel from farther away to get here they where visiting my sister she just had a baby boy last month as well."

Wow! That's awesome your family is growing in leaps and bounds it must be nice to have your family expand more and more.

 Saying this to her with the most sincerest of happiness for her and yet feeling a little bit sad about my lack there of family but still with a smile plastered on my face and in all sincerity I am happy for her and even if I might not have much of a family I do have my friends that I know love me and I love with all of my heart and would do anything and everything for them any time.

As time rolls by and things progress with her and the delivery her mate arrives as does the rest of her family not long after the baby arrives and every one is elated the atmosphere in the room is full of joy happiness and laughter, with the arrival his son the heir to his family lineage. Knowing all to well that the family will no longer need my assistance for the time being after finishing everything that has to be taken care of we all make our way slowly out of the room so that the family may have some privacy.  

Making my way out the door I get the slight feeling of warmth that consumes me every now and then taking a deep breath to let the sensation sink in because... well why not? suddenly the smells of fresh pines and apples hits me like I've been bathed in the scent of it and its completely engulfing me I've had this sensation before but not as strong as today not that i'm complaining about it.    

I'm about to head to the nurse station not noticing my surrounding at the moment still thinking about the new baby and how I wish I had the chance to someday have a family of my own wishful thinking I guess! truly impossible right!

But hey a girl can dream can't she suddenly I accidentally bump into someone but not just anyone its Michael. Michael of all people looking confused right infront of me suddenly a small smile spreads across his face which seems to me to be laced with some sort of relieve.

Michael : 

Hey Liz! What are you doing here?

Mekhi : She's been here all this time! I guess she's been working with Laura all along she looks tired.

Oh! Hey Michael Good Morning I was assisting Dr Highland with the labor and delivery and...

Good Morning Alpha nice to see you around here is there something you need help with?

Good Morning Laura everything's fine just came to check on something and decided to take a stroll through the hospital make sure everything's o.k and running smoothly it seems that you are having a busy day today!

Busy... Doesn't seem to cut it today is going to be an exhausting day apart from the hectic night we just had. Oh! and by the way Elisabeth the next delivery is well on its way and the other two nurses have arrived to cover the early shift so if you'd like to you can just go home and get some much needed rest you've earned it Thanksfor all your help.

Thanks Dr Highland I guess ill see you later on then Good Bye and Thanks again for everything!

Well if its all right with you Liz I can take you home I'm headed that way my self well if you don't mind the company.

"Thanks Michael I was going to call Emma but I guess shes still out cold or she would have called me by now it's already 10:00a.m I hope she got my message."

No Problem its my pleasure and like I said i'm headed that way as well.

Not going to lie or try and hide  it I love the way she blushes and her cute smile I'd kiss her right here and now if it weren't for the fact that we are standing in the hospital with Laura next to us.

But... Fuck I can deal with the consequences of it right! I mean who would mind I sure as hell don't. '

 We excuse ourselves and start our way out of the hospital and as we reach the parking lot I look over at her and she's just so calm and beautiful that I can't control my self I reach to her and hold her hand Its stupid how a simple action it was but the sparks run through my entire body. Unsure if Liz can feel it to but I wish she can I look over at her and see a look of shock and a light blush show across her face. I can't help but smile down at her holding back the urge to pull her to me and kiss her. Freaking her out in the process no dough about it. 

Once in the car on the way to the house I've decided maybe breakfast would be nice so I invite her knowing all to well she probably hasn't stoped to have breakfast yet.

We arrive at a dinner that I like coming to every now and then so I might as well spend some time with here. Hopefully she enjoys this please as much as I do i've been coming here for years it's always a good place to sit and think to destress a little bit from time to time it's such a homie place.

Looking at her as we take our place at the corner booth Mrs Winnie comes over to us.

''Well aint this a surprise sugar about time you brought over a girlfriend such a beautiful girl too I was beginning to worry about you always showing up all alone and what not.''

Mrs Winnie says as she hands us the menus and winks at Elisabeth smilling over at me. Then leaving after we order breakfast all I did was smile at her, a full blown blush spread cross her face and I'm sure I was blushing to because Mrs Winnie gave me a side look full of excitement for us.

I clear my throat breaking up some of the tencion around us.

Elisabeth we need to talk about what happen last time between us!
