Akemi’s scheme

"Flight 0101, this is your first warning issued by the US air force. We order you to immediately follow the fighter jet in front of you, which will lead you to the nearest landing strip. If you fail to comply, we have received a direct order to bring you down" a message was heard from the air force onto the private jet in which Jackson was traveling.

"This is Flight 0101. We will comply and will follow as instructed." The pilot answered immediately while sweating all over. He definitely did not want to get burnt alive in the sky. He just got married recently and their honeymoon was postponed due to an urgent call from the commander.

"Dear passenger, due to technical difficulty we will be landing soon in a few minutes. I hope you had a great flight so far and we deeply regret the inconvenience caused. Once the issue is fixed, we will continue the journey without any hindrance and try to reach the destination with no further delay. Thank you for your understanding." The pilot announced while hiding the actual panicky situation.

But Jackson already noticed that his plane was surrounded by fighter jets. Even though he felt odd, he did not take it seriously as it's common when you try to enter a country using another country's private plane. It doesn't matter even if you have informed them in advance.

After so much struggle, he finally parked Simon's car into his garage. At first when he tried to push it, it did not budge an inch. He watched a lot of videos online on how to move the car into the garage. Then after destroying almost half of his front garden and hitting the front wall several times, he half drove and half moved the car.

Once he was done, he leaned on the car and noticed that it once again moved back as he forgot to put it in parking mode. He just wanted to hit his head on the trunk. He ran along with the car and ultimately parked it.

He didn't even get time to breath when he felt something crawl near his feet. He looked down and saw a giant snake rolling its body on his legs. He shouted and jumped up and down, but it would not let him go.

The more he shook his legs, the tighter it gripped. When he noticed a crowbar next to Simon's car, he lifted it up and tried to remove the snake from his body. After struggling for a long time, it released its grip and tried to crawl away.

But Hastin didn't let it go. The resentment he had accumulated within him for so long took the better of him. He hit the snake with all his full strength. But the minute the crowbar touched the snake's body, it turned around and sprayed its venom onto his face.

Hastin shivered and fell down in fear. The next minute the snake's wound disappeared from its body. He looked at it in terror. He understood that it was one of the App's creations. He suddenly remembered the snake which popped out of the screen on the first day he installed the app.

He ran inside the mansion. He was not sure if the snake was poisonous. If it is then he would die today. Akemi would bury his body in the dark forest behind his mansion just like how he buried the other body.

Akemi closed Hastin's laptop with beaming eyes. 'Jackson you could never escape from where I sent you now. And with the bomb you are carrying on your pocket, I can assure you that you would never see the daylight again. You should have just stayed hidden instead of shutting down my server.'

"What are you saying? What did you do with my father?" Hastin, who walked in his room, heard what Akemi said.

Akemi just stared at him and did not say anything. She crossed him and walked out of his room.

"Anyways, what could you even do? My father died long back and you cannot do anything to him. He is not like you, he was brave! No one can compare to him" Hastin said proudly.

"Maybe, who knows?" Akemi just shrugged her shoulders and walked away.

But then she came once again and twisted Hastin's hand. She then pushed his face on to the wall and said, "You better be careful. I really don't have any patience. If I see you hurt any of my creations once again, remember I would break your legs one at a time. Or even better, I might chop them and feed it to them. They are not someone who can bear their hunger for long. You better run and check on the delivery. I want you to set up the server in a day. Now chop-chop."

Akemi pushed him down and strode away. Hastin lifted his exhausted body and pulled it towards the mansion's gate. He totally forgot about the venom of the snake. All he could think of was to keep his legs intact.

Without sleep or food for the past two days, he finally finished setting up the server in his basement. When he came out, he just went back to his bedroom and threw his tired body onto the bed.

He slept continuously for more than fourteen hours and by the time he got up, he smelled some aroma traveling around from the kitchen. His legs moved towards the kitchen without his knowledge.

"Good morning, Hastin. I am Akemi! I will be your personal assistant as well as your instructor. I will pass on the instructions which the App decides to implement. Please adhere to the rules and regulations from now on uncompromisingly. Susceptible to strict punishments if not followed." Akemi said in a robotic voice.

"Yeah! Yeah! Whatever" Hatin said ignorantly.

He tried to lift one pancake which Akemi made and tried to stuff it in his mouth. Akemi held his head and smashed it on the countertop.

"Hastin, you cannot eat now. You are way behind the schedule for the chapter updates. You are severely lagging behind. I advise you to publish a chapter first before breakfast."

"Ok! Ok! Let me go!" Hastin shouted in pain.

Once he was sure that Akemi loosened his grip, he snatched two or three pancakes from the plate and ran away. When he reached the staircase, he turned around and said,

"I need to eat to live. Only if I live, then I can update the story. Tell you App that, and stop irritating me from now on. I don't know when I will lose my mind and burn this whole mansion."

"Your actions are noted and it will be reported to the App. Once your punishment for your behavior is decided, it will be implemented accordingly." Akemi warned.

"I don't care anymore. Just go to hell you all."

Even though he said that he obediently went to his study. He opened his laptop and checked the views, it had already reached four million. The collection count has increased to twenty thousand.

He was shocked. He rubbed his eyes and looked at the screen once again. The snake popped out and hissed at him. He suddenly remembered that he was poisoned by this snake. Luckily, it looks like it's venom was not poisonous.

A message popped up, "A video will be downloaded for your reference. The app insists you watch it carefully and continue your story."

Have some ideas about my story? Comment it and let me know.

It looks like my novel was not recommended under encouraging originals as it was not selected. I was a little discouraged but once I saw a few paragraph comments on this book, my spirit level increased.

Thank you, readers, for your comments! Please do send your feedback my way, so that it would cheer me up to write more.

Happy Spooking as usual!!!
