N and Jessica's teams

The next day at 09:00 a.m. The ******* hotel in Paris.

N meets 25 people at the hotel's cinema, N walks around them all and says without any introductions "how many high-level crimes have you solved?" The first guy says "I have solved 23 high-level crimes, sir!" the second goes "I have solved 34 crimes" the third goes "I have solved 24 crimes" and all of the others follow with the average of 27 crimes, until the girl number 23 she says with a careless tone "I have solved over 53 crimes" the girl is a blond 27/28 years old Russian girl, N was shocked knowing that she solved all of those crimes, and right after her an Arab man speaks "I have solved 46 crimes individually and other 35 while working on a team" N was shocked again and the whole crowd was shut, N tried to not show how impressed he was, so he continued talking to them "I was clear yesterday, I think that you all know what we are up against and we could die at any moment" the whole 25 detectives shout "YES,WE DO KNOW!" and then N spoke again "Number 23, Number 24, Number 9, Number 17, and I will be the lead team that leads all of the other teams. Number 2, Number 6, Number 8, Number 12, and Number 20, you all are going to be the responsible team of Asia! Numbers 10,11,5,19,21,4 are going to be responsible for the Americans! Numbers 1,13,7,15,18 are going to be responsible for Africa! Numbers 3,14,16,22,25 are going to be responsible for the Europeans! Is this clear to all of you?" the agent number 24 speaks "Yes, it is pretty clear!"

N then hands over fake passports, ID cards, and FBI badges built on their fake names that were listed the night before, and then he gives them a little speech "This is not a super power, this is not a God who we are dealing with, it is probably just some idiot thinks he is the God! But we are here, we got him the last time, and we will get him this time! We always do get him! Now people, remember to keep your names secrets and also try to always wear a mask when doing the field job, I will send you all a digital copy of the police report I did about the first Kira case, I expect you all to read it carefully and get ready for our guy! That's all for today and do your best!" Then they all left the meeting, each team headed to their destined airport to get to their offices on where they were assigned, N's team stayed in Paris and headed to N's office in Paris to start their investigation.

Once they got to the office, Carla introduced herself "alright, you all can call me Carla for now, and I would like to ask some questions!" N answers her "Yes, Carla, what are your questions?" Carla asks N without showing any real concerns "I have read the whole report yesterday, is it true that this KIRA can kill without knowing our names or even moving?" the other detectives got shocked by her question and were excited to know the answer "Yes, he can do that! He did it to take L's life, but that happened because he forced a Shinigami to do it for him, and that costed the Shinigami her life! I don't think that this new Kira can do it, because only Light who had the perfect opportunity to do it, so I am not that worried about it" Carla smiles and says "oh! That is exciting, I can not wait to start working on this against this guy!" the others were surprised by her behaviour except the Arabian detective and N because they know how that great feeling of pleasure when they find someone that worth the effort.

Meanwhile in the UK, Jasper remembered that he had done tons of researches on google about the death note and Kira, that made him know why they have invited him to the police office, and made him know why the receptionist didn't wear her badge that day, so he just put down all of his stuff, took a cold shower, wore his favourite outfit and head to Starbucks on his motorcycle, ordered a Venti and headed to the police station, once he entered the front door, he saw the receptionist hiding her badge and he went directly to her, and said "good  day, miss, I would like to know where I can find mister ***** *****?" The receptionist answered him immediately "This guy is not available at the moment; is there a message I can deliver to him?" Jasper moves his head to look at his feet as a sign of tiredness, and says to her with a soft tone "Alright, here is the thing, I acted childish the time I came here or no reason, and I promised him a cup of coffee and I brough him this one with his name on it, if he comes give it to him, and I he doesn't just throw it away, appreciated" The receptionist picks the cup and puts it on her desk and says "I will make sure to  give it to him if he comes today, you are such well-mannered guy" Jasper smiles and says "I have to go now, have a great day!" then he leaves the police station with his doubts have grown bigger after how the receptionist reacted.

Jasper goes home and starts meditating to find a solution to drive the police's attention away from him.

While Jasper was meditating back in Paris, N brought a ripped paper and asked his team Carla, Abdul, Nathen, and Peter to touch the paper, Carla touched it first and handed it to Abdul then Nathen, and after him Peter. Abdul asks N about it "Why are we doing this?" Carla answers instead of N and says "This is a ripped paper from the death note, everyone that has ever touched the death note can see it's Shinigami owner and the Shinigami always follows the death note holder, this way if we ever encounter the death note holder we can know him, isn't that correct N?" N answers her without even looking at her while he was building a little train game "Yes, as Carla said, we all can see the Shinigami if we encounter it, but not on cameras"

Mean while at London's police department, the receptionist in Jessica's office.

The receptionist was talking "He didn't show anything, I felt that he was talking out of his heart and he showed that he was actually sorry about how he treated the guy on the elevator, and he gave me this coffee to give it to that guy" and handed her the coffee, Jessica picked the coffee drink and handed it to her colleague Mathew and said "can you examine this for me Mathew?" he nodded as a sign of yes and took the coffee then left the office, then the receptionist also left the office and Jessica stayed alone then she his the desk's lamp with her hand and said in her head "How did he notice that? How the hell did he know that we planned that guy for him, he must be the new Kira, as the death note report says the death note only goes to intelligent people! F***! I need now to plant an other thing for this Jasper, he did the death note research then he killed that woman, just if we can know what she wrote on that paper!"
